106 minutes for an oil change. 2 cars completed, ahead of me in the bay, but because, 1- the crew did not bring the keys in and 2-the only person to check you out was mixing 5 gallons of paint for 30 minutes, no one could leave. The crew did not even move the cars out of the way. I continue to ask, why is Walmart in the car care business with this low of volume? Cannot go to Walmart for that again nor would I recommend.

Went to Auto shop 9/09 for oil change. Monday Evening I realized that the technician did not put the oil cap back on. I had oil spilling under my hood. Will never use Walmart automotive ever again!!

Waited almost two hours to get a flat fixed only to wake up the next morning and it was flat again. We are on vacation so we wasted 2 hours last night (that was the closest place that was open) just to spend another hour the next morning getting tire fixed at a true tire place

The person who was taking my information was rude. Had to sit there five minutes before someone showed up and then I was supposed to be done within an hour. No went back and it was in a half hour and they said another hour and a half. They are not organized at all way too slow. I am still looking for a place to take oil change. I'm not coming back to Walmart. Will I recommend Walmart to anybody?

I've been here 3 hours and the technicians are serving people that came after me. If you get your oil changed here be sure to check for oil. Five days after my oil change the check engine light came on and there was no oil on the dip stick out of 6 quarts.

I called there to see if they had the size tires I needed and was told that they have them but when I got there 20 minutes later I was told that they just sold them and was offered tires that were over $100 more than the ones I was there to purchase

Took care of my tire. Professional, knowledgeable repair staff. A wait was expected & was okay...(I was prepared for it...lol I brought something to read on my tablet)
