Amazing experience with owner Taylor and his driver Dave. My daughter broke down in their town and they were dispatched from AAA. Due to a long tow needed extra cost were explained outside my AAA policy. I was out of state and on my way to rescue my daughter and like a Father himself, explained process, goals, and plans . First was her safety, used local people to make same day repairs, and he had to call in a favor to get it all done. The business is vey good but, the culture of the people that own and work there are unmatched.. If you ever need consulting, towing , or recovery in the Feriday, LA/ Natchez MS area, start with these guys. It will be 1 call to solve all!

This is the only Towing company I will use from this point Forward. I never thought I d have such an excellent experience with getting my vehicle towed. The lady who I spoke on the phone with was very nice and very helpful. David was amazing and was very genuine and an absolute legend. My husband and I got stranded in a totally unfamiliar part of MS with a broken transmission; our tow driver (I'm so sorry, I don't remember your name!) was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Plus he had great tunes on the drive, a welcome distraction from car woes

Highly recommend Rapid Tow! I called and they arrived super quickly. Jamie who came and helped was awesome. Very friendly and efficient! Overall a great experience and would use them again in the future.

I locked my keys in my vehicle, and they came out and unlocked my truck. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends

Me and my wife broke down and we re stranded. I called the number and we needed to be towed about 130 miles into Louisiana and he told me exactly how long will take him to get to me and get my vehicle back to home. The price was great would recommend 100%

Excellent service !! James simply saved our vacation. French tourists on a road trip from Miami, FL to Dallas, TX, we got stuck in Natchez, MS with a car on a low battery. He dealt with the roadside assistance for us and negotiated a solution. He then towed the car all the way to B�ton-Rouge to return it, then to Alexandria, LS to pick up the new one and back to Natchez to bring it to us !! A 6 hour-drive to help us out ! We experienced the Southern hospitality first-hand. We were so lucky to have him sent to us. Thanks again so much, James !!!

Got us out of a bind late at night. Our 4-Runner was stuck in a large puddle and everything we tried ourselves wasn t working. He showed up within 30 minutes and got us out quickly.
