Quality Glass has been in business since 1987 and the same family has worked at the same location as C Clear glass which started in 1960 prior to becoming Quality Glass. Between three generations of family working there we have over 100 years combined experience. We offer commercial and residential glass work and have a very good reputation with most of the contractors and other companies in town and the surrounding areas. We had an accident with one of Quality Glass company vehicles driven by the owner s son. The son drifted over the center line in a curve and busted part of our side mirror. The son claimed responsibility and said he was distracted by the load in his van causing his mirror to hit ours. We exchanged insurance information and left. When we returned to our home in Texas, we contacted our insurance company thinking that we will get the mirror fixed and his insurance company would pay for it. To our surprise his insurance company denied the claim and said it was our fault. My husband called the owner of the company who was very agitated and rude and kept insisting that we drifted over the center line. He proceeded to tell us what happened when he was not there. He stated that he would fix our mirror but we would have to come back to Natchez. The owner also complained that we did not fill out a police report. The part that broke on our mirror only costs around $40 which is really not the issue. This man s dishonesty about the situation is. The bottom line is his son accepted responsibility for the minor accident in front of two other witnesses yet this man who wasn t there wants to insist that he s not responsible. I can only assume that his dishonest attitude is reflected in his day to day life.

These guys are quick, Quality and low prices. I gave him a measurement for a window glass and it was done in 15 minutes. It was less than half the price of the competitor.
