Maranda is the best salesperson I ve dealt with toyota! My tundra was destroyed in the Mississippi tornados , tried to deal several dealers and she made it simple , no BS retired calls very professional ! Other dealers should take note and send their so call sales team to take notes , thank you

A big shout out to Jesus and Miranda Jones at Natchez Toyota. She was a God-send. She was amazing at helping me get into a great vehicle. She done all possible to see that I was safe and in a very reliable 2024 toyota corolla Le. She was the best! Great customer service is hard to find but Natchez Toyota was the best.

Worst dealership I ve ever dealt with. Called Friday evening to see if they had the trd pro Tacoma and was told by the salesman who ran my credit and the lady at the desk no one had even looked at the truck in two days. Drove over Saturday morning and asked the salesman where the truck was and his response do you know how rare that truck is ? Well yes that s why I drove here from Louisiana. Was then told it was never there it was 10 days out from coming in. Drove back to walker Toyota where me and my husband bought a new tundra for way cheaper. Also they refused to accept me and my husband were gay and together. But it s fine now Walker Toyota of Alexandria had our truck ready before we even left Mississippi

I recently purchased a vehicle here and the buying experience was so easy! They made sure I got the best price and the best interest rate around! The sales team made sure to show me how everything worked as far as the hooking my phone up, working the GSP, and all of the neat functions that my new vehicle had to offer. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else! Thank you Natchez Toyota for my dream vehicle!

I was looking for a good car called and spoke to Jamie. I went to Natchez the next day and she greeted me immediately. It s like she knew exactly what we were looking for. We only looked at one vehicle and in less than an hour, I m the proud owner of a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I thought she was very professional and friendly.

Spoke to Dalton regarding a new truck and he said that he can get me one within 30-90 days. He said that they will charge me $3,000.00 over the MSRP because of the Market Adjustment fees which I agreed on. He told me that they will have an incoming truck and he has the invoice papers which are about 4 pages long and we can talk about the numbers and make the deal. It took him more than 2 days to sent me the papers; HOWEVER, he collected my Social Security Number, address, and all my information on the second day!( which I told him that my social security is not necessary yet until we have all the numbers but he insisted that we want to make sure that you can afford the truck.!!!!) Every time, I called him, he said that he will send me the invoice in 10 minutes! But in reality nothing was being sent to me until the 4th day of me calling the dealership 3 times a day!!! Finally Madison (cashier) sent me the invoice without any numbers and I emailed her to send me the one with the final price and breakdown of the total installed packages & accessories But she didn t respond to my email. At the end, I got the chance to speak to Kenny Jackson GM of Natchez Toyota. He told me that the truck my take longer than 90 days to arrive to the dealership (which is understandable) but he changed the deal and asked for $5,000.00 non refundable deposit (Market Adjustment) which I agreed on $3,000.00 that his salesman said in the beginning.!! He didn t want to show me any proof or numbers about this incoming truck and told me that Dalton is a simple salesman and doesn t know the numbers and he needs to get approval from him!! In the end, it seems like Natchez Toyota needs to train their salesman better and teaches them not to ask for $3,000.00 Markup while their GM is asking for $5,000.00 at the end of the deal. It s good to be honest and not to change your word whiles making deals with people as an official TOYOTA DEALERSHIP.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Natchez Toyota's service department. I brought my car in for an inspection before my cross country road trip. Barry and I discussed several things that I wanted to be checked, including some basics like my car battery. The very next day, my car battery died. During my trip, I encountered multiple mechanical issues involving things Barry supposedly checked out. Trust is paramount when dealing with a service department. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to them.

(Was pressured to leave this review) We were searching for a very specific price range, Dillon did an amazing job of going out of his way to find us what worked for us. The process was easy and straight forward, the staff was excellent and friendly, they did extra work to get us the best possible deal. Probably the easiest experience I have ever had buying a car and for a great price. Highly recommend.

Natchez Toyota has the best selection of SUVS. I m so happy I didn t have to go out of town to a bigger city to buy the vehicle I wanted. When you visit the dealership, ask for Roy Smith. I ve had the pleasure of buying two vehicles from him. He made the car buying experience so painless, easy and fast. He worked miracles with the bank and even assisted me getting insurance before I left the lot. He helped me every step of the way making me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions. He is still a phone call away if I ever have questions about my vehicle. You couldn t ask for better customer service than that. Ryan, in finance, is also so helpful and great to work with. I will refer anyone looking for a vehicle to this team at Natchez Toyota.

I was looking for a good used car and I called and talked to Jamie. Jamie came to my house to pick me up in a car that I thought was out of my budget, but she and the staff worked with me and even gave me a deal that was less than I asked for. There was no pressure. They listened to what my needs were and met them. I thought everyone was professional and friendly and Jamie was great.

Going through bankruptcy is hard. But to find a dealership that work with you is amazing. Nick was amazing and I would like to thank him for his patience and understanding and professionalism. The other staff was friendly as well. Thank you for my new baby!!

As a customer of Natchez Toyota for nearly 20 years, I give this one star because zero stars is not a choice.Last Thursday, my husband looked at a corolla hybrid with salesman #1. Saturday, I went with him to drive it but salesman#1 was with another customer and introduced us to salesman #2, Who went to get the key for us to drive it.He came back and said the car had been sold, but he could have another one for us on Monday.Monday morning, my husband called him and he said he was working on locating another one for us and would call back in 10 minutes.Since he never called back, my husband called salesman #1 and was told he was with a customer but would return the call.Neither salesman #1 or #2 called us back. We have never experienced such treatment when trying to buy a Toyota or any other car.We now own a 2022 Nissan Altima because we were treated with respect by a knowledgeable Nissan salesman who wanted our business. We look forward to never having to deal with Natchez Toyota again.

Make sure you're not misled! Cross check the dealers information with another certified Toyota dealer. Natchez Toyota sold me a vehicle with significant accident damage with various safety features not functioning and hid it from its advertisement, documentation, and buying contract. It showed an inaccurate and covered up auto check report when carfax and a separate Toyota dealer called out the damage after it was delivered out of state. Currently in the process of starting legal action and reporting to the state attorney. Please beware.

Ask for MIRANDA. She s the best! She helped with everything and helped us get the best deal for our trade in. She helped explain everything, and overall just an amazing experience. We went to other dealerships to find a new car and Natchez Toyota has the best customer service, by far!

If I could give negative stars, I would gladly do so. I came from Cincinnati and worked with Dillion on a Tundra. I told him specifically to show me any flaws with this 2019 Tundra. He showed me what he wanted me to see. I flew down to Baton Rouge and drove up to purchase the car. Dillion lied about the quality, the story of the car (like he knew the people) and more importantly, wasted time and money for me to come down and NOT purchase the vehicle. Then he says they have no room to negotiate and tries to pressure sell me to buy before the finance guy leaves. These guys are absolute crooks and are the definition of a used car salesman. They have now dropped the truck $4,000 and it still hasn t sold. Buyers you have been warned. Buy somewhere else and support the good honest salespeople that will treat you with respect.

The manager on duty tried bullying us into taking over 1/2 less for our trade then what it was worth(per Reputable market value site.) Then he refused to show me what the finance company quoted our interest rate at so that he could hold points and mark it up. Once I questioned him about it, he told me that if I found a better interest rate somewhere else that I could just take it and go somewhere else. Other than our sales guy(Darren) and finance manager, everyone at the dealership is RUDE. The Sales Manager won t return my emails or call me back. So to sum everything up, I wouldn t suggest buying a vehicle from them.

The most horrible experience ever. Sales don t keep you informed on status of app. Then they advertise heavily on getting people approved no matter the situation with experienced finance people that s a lie too. Beware people will never deal with them and not recommend to anyone!

Thank you Natchez Toyota, Toby Shows and Roy Smith. Toby was friendly and demonstrated a good understanding of both the RAV4 and the buying process with an open, no pressure attitude. Roy completed the sale smoothly with no surprises or last minute add ons. I am so pleased with both my purchase and my experience. This vehicle is for my daughter, and I ll definitely be calling Toby again soon when I m ready to shop for myself.

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership about 2 months ago. They called me and advised that they had the car I was interested coming into the lot and confirmed (via phone and email) a price for me including all fees and shipping. I gave a deposit (non refundable per the dealer) and was told they would call when the car comes in. The car came in about a month later or so and they called me to go over the price. When we started going over the price they tried adding in a few thousand dollars (all of this is in text message as well) and said that shipping would be my responsibility even though we had a previous email stating that the cost included shipping. I really wanted this car and did not want to wait any longer to find a different one so after much negotiation they agreed to "only" charge me $500 more then originally discussed but they would not agree to pay for the shipping which cost about $1,100. Unfortunately with no choice I proceeded with the purchase paying $1,600 more then originally agreed to via phone call and email. Very Very disappointing.

Talked to salesman Nick about trading in my truck sent pictures of it. Told me he talked to his manager about it and gave me numbers on it. I made the 5 hour drive to the dealership just to find out it was all lies. I went in for the MSRP buyback deal they have going but the offer they made on my truck was lower than blue book.

Please pay attention: I went to buy a vehicle and after I purchased the vehicle I noticed it was not at the dealership. One of the finance guys allowed his wife to drive my vehicle to run her personal errands. After making this mistake they wanted to make things right and offered me my 1st oil change free. I went in today and they told me they would not honor the oil change. Now I was forgiving them for their action and disrespect for what I took as a kind gesture but this is beyond wrong. A wolf in sheep clothing. If the GM or owner see this I will expect a call from your dealership to do the right thing and I will update the public on your response.
