Very friendly laid back group of people. Very friendly, they listen to what you want and need and work hard to get it for you. No pressure. We were so pleased, we ended up getting 3 vehicles for our family. D, Miranda, and John was who I personally dealt with and they were great but they all were so friendly. If they can't get it done, then it can't be done, that's how hard they go for you. Highly recommend them to everyone. Go see for yourself, promise you won't regret it. Thanks Natchez Nissan for the best experience I ever had buying a vehicle!

I would recommend Natchez Nissan to anyone who needs a car! Jon Neale made my purchase of a 2023 Nissan Kicks so smooth and fast. He explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. He also was not pushy, but truly cared and listened to what I had to say. The even had it delivered! Thank you so much Jon!

I had a incident where a customer hit my car and fled the scene while I was getting service done. I was so upset and hurt that I had to pocket the expenses. I'm so glad the Store Manager Jay took care of me without even asking. It's an amazing feeling to know you are appreciated as a customer. Thank you so much Jay!

I had an absolute terrible experience. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours just for them to get me a trade in value and just found out they pulled my credit multiple times without my permission. All of this after I drove 2 hours to come look at the vehicle and was told the vehicle I was looking at was in good condition but it wasn t. The back glass was separating and a part to the convertible top was broke

When I tell you John Larry is the best sells man ever. I been dealing with him for years. I have bought 5 cars from this guy. I bought a suv back in 2011 and I still have the suv. I haven t had any problems with it after all these years beside normal maintenance work. John Larry has delivered 4 cars to my front door, He is amazing!!! If you want a nice dependable car, truck or suv he is you go to person. I Highly Recommend John.

I was referred by my sil after she bought her car there. I took my daughter there to buy her first car. Mr John Larry and Eric were great. Even though she was such an indecisive brat. They worked with us and she s absolutely loving her new to her car.

Mrs. Denise is the one to see for your vehicle needs. She went above and beyond to help us. Her customer service skills are great. She is about as real a person I've ever met at a dealership, no sugar coating. Very happy with our purchase and hope to come back and do more business with her. All the staff was friendly. Thankyou!

My experience here at Nissan was one of the easiest experiences I ve had at any dealership. Denise was my sales lady and she helped me understand each step of the car buying process and even gave me some great advice! I can honestly say without Denise I wouldn t have gotten a vehicle.

Update 3 weeks later the ball had been dropped on paperwork for financing on new and old vehicle, spoke with multiple people and employees prefer to say that s not part of their job or idk to answer questions rather than find out the answer. I am completely mind blown by the lack of professionalism and incompetence. I have never had this problem at other places. I asked who the office manager was to speak with them and the finance manager David refused to even tell me his name these are the kinds of things that are really bad for business.

Omarie and Kelly were wonderful to deal with. We drove from over 4 hours away and were in a time crunch as we had family in town. They had everything ready, the tank was full of gas, and we were on our way back home to be with our visiting family in less than 20 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend you check out Natchez!! -T.J. Worst experience I have had at any car lot. You try to patronize your local dealerships and get messed over. Between myself and two more family members we purchased 3 vehicles from two car lots own by the owner since November 2021. Something kept telling me to go out of town and look or Deal with Performance Dodge or Natchez Ford who we have purchased our last 3 vehicles from with no problems prior to dealing with them. Please check your paperwork really good before signing. I m willing to show my paperwork as proof. My salesman was great it was the finance people. I will never purchase from them again and don t advise anyone else to either. I have left numerous telephone messages for the owner and the GM at 2 other dealerships own by the person that own Natchez Nissan. I have yet to be contacted back. Their tactics are sad.

This is the best dealership around! Mr. Kelly, Omarie, Dee and David are the best! I had first spoke with Dee since looking at the 2023 Rogue S online and he contacted me about it. We went to the dealership to test drive it to see if it would be a good fit and Mr. Kelly gave me a offer for my truck that I couldn't refuse! It was GODs timing! Omarie met us at the door with Dee gone to fill up a vehicle. Everyone was so sweet to us and in three hours, bought a brand new 2023 Rogue S! They were a GOD send! Everyone treated us like family. Made the buying process more enjoyable!

Purchased a used vehicle from a private party and had a second (backup) key programmed at the dealership. This is my second time to have this service provided and the dealership here is always helpful. I also purchased a used vehicle from this dealership with under 20,000 miles on it, and it is kept in like new condition. I now own three Nissan vehicles and am well pleased with the vehicles and the service.
