Wow...I have not had major body work done to a vehicle before so this was a new experience for me...Natchez Collision decided to not only repair what was broken but fixed it immaculately and then proceeded to step it up and reach a few spots in and around the other damage so it would not look like a brand new piece of material stuck on my old 2001 truck.They took time to clean the truck and provided the best customer service I have ever had in the vehicle industry. What a pleasure that experience was...as far as I am concerned, I don't need another collision center in Natchez. Sorry everybody else. These guys are amazing!

Very courteous and reliable. They even came out and picked up my mother's vehicle because she's up in age. To do the repairs and will deliver it once repairs are finish who could ask for anything more?

YOU WILL BE GLAD TO DO BUSINESS HERE. A definite winner! My 82-year-old mother had a fender-bender that required some work on one bumper. The gentleman who owns the place did great work that she said made it look brand-new, finished it in less than a week, and was extremely courteous to her. Since I don t live locally, I wasn t able to help her with this, so I truly appreciate him treating her well and doing good work on the vehicle. A few months later, he replaced an electric door lock actuator for me for just over $200. A shop in my current city quoted me over $500 for it and charged me a $115 diagnostic fee. I highly recommend this shop.

Owner Ben was extremely nice & professional. Promised my car ready in a week and he delivered it right on schedule. Can't even tell its been in a wreck. (killed 8-point deer with it at 85mph)! I will definitely use him again in the future
