I arrived at McDonald Collision unsure of where to have my car repaired and concerned about potential costs. Their team provided excellent service, inspecting my car and thoroughly explaining the repair process and insurance details. In just a few weeks, they efficiently managed the repairs, keeping me informed at every stage detailing what was changed, encountered issues, and their planned solutions.The communication with McDonald Collision was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. Notably, the rental car provided (2020 Nissan Altima) was impeccably clean with a full tank, offering a smooth and fuel-efficient ride. If given the chance, I would trade my car for the rental. Within a week, my car was returned in pristine condition, completing the repairs.Overall, my experience was highly enjoyable, and I enthusiastically recommend McDonald Collision to those seeking car repairs in the Miss-Lou area. My sincere gratitude to the entire team!

McDonald s Collision did a wonderful job on my black 2023 Honda Pilot that was damaged by the hail storms that came through after Thanksgiving in Concordia parish. They put me in a rental from their own shop & kept me updated by text & emails on the repairs. Mr. Bruce was so kind & courteous. If you need collision repair with no worries McDonald s Collision will take care of you

Awesome customer service! Bruce was so very professional and super helpful in the process of getting my vehicle repairs done in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend! If you need a body shop go to McDonald Collision. I have dealt with two other body shops and their timeliness and customer service are no match to McDonald Collision.

This was the best experience with a body shop that I ve ever had. Very professional and thorough staff. My estimated time of keeping my car was 9 days and it turned out to be only 3! I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and I will most definitely use them again if ever needed. They did an awesome job on my car!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had just had my first wreck and totally lost on what to do. The team at McDonald Collision helped me with the whole process. They put me in a rental and had me rolling in 20 minutes. They kept me updated through the whole process. The customer service was amazing. And my car looks as good as the day I bought it.

In August 2022, I had someone back into me in the school pickup line and they ended up damaging my front bumper and I needed a new one. The other drivers insurance gave me a list of body shops to use and I chose McDonalds Collision and I am so happy and satisfied with my decision because they did a FANTASTIC job!!!!! The insurance had put me down for a rental from September 7-Oct 6th, and here I am on September 20th driving my suv. They are so caring and professional.Mr. Bruce and Mr. Brian helped me out from the time I brought my vehicle up there for an estimate till even after I got my vehicle back. They offered to give me a ride across town to get a rental, Mr. Bruce even stayed after hours so I could pick my vehicle up when it was finished because I wasn t going to be able to get it till after 5pm, to checking in on me to see how I was doing the next day after I got my suv back. McDonald Collision even DETAILED the inside of my front seat area, dash, door, and all and I haven t been to a body shop that will do that for their costumers!! My front bumper looks so great and they even cleaned and shined up the outside of my suv that it looks and feels like I just bought it off the lot. If you have need any body work done on your vehicle McDonald Collision is the place to go!! Josh McDonald not only has a great family but also a great business and great workers!! I took my car in Thursday for repairs and they were finished with my car Friday afternoon. They were accommodating with my schedule and I was able to pick my car up the following Monday morning!My car looked brand new!They were nice and professional when I dropped and picked up my car. Worked on the car in a timely manner and gave high quality results! Would definitely recommend going to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I m a traveling medical professional, and I was hit by another driver the day before Thanksgiving. I was devastated because I was unable to drive to California as planned to start my new assignment. However, I was able to leave my car in great hands. McDonald Collision is absolutely amazing. They kept me updated on the status of my car while in California, helped me through insurance woes, and was able to do such an amazing job on my car.They were also able to help ship my car to California! Best service ever! Mcdonald Collision recently repaired my brand new vehicle after an unfortunate accident and made the entire process so easy and stress free. From the time we dropped the car off until it was ready for pick up, we received updates about the repairs and the guys there were honest and transparent about every detail. Brian was so helpful with answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns about the repair process. Our vehicle looks better than brand new! Very professional and friendly staff. The service time for my son's Camaro was anywhere between a week to at the most two weeks. The car was finished in 3 days. The work that was done on the car is flawless. Looks brand new. We are beyond pleased. My truck got hit by a deer and needed extensive work on the entire driver's side. Excellent service. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The company worked directly with my insurance company there was no hassle. It took longer than expected and they were forthcoming with a short term rental. Always answered my questions.
