I'm giving 2 stars because they were quick and the guys were friendly. That being said, this was pricier than I really wanted. The guys told me if I got the air filter I'd also get a coupon that would get me $15 off said air filter. So I did. BUT my receipt does not reflect a coupon of any amount nor was the air filter discounted. Also, when did the free car wash with an oil change stop? I wasn't given that at all.*Change of review will depend on Grease Monkey's correction.*

Quick, I didn't even depart from the vehicle! Oil changes have gotten a bit pricey but it was convenient. The team was helpful & courteous!

I went to Grease Monkey in late November for an oil change. It was $30+ than it usually cost. Weeks later all the oil had leaked out of my car. They had stripped my oil plug and didn't tell me. I was told by the office manager the district manager was going to call me. But she hasn't. Take your business elsewhere.

Ask questions, don't get rushed through. They can be fast, but it may not all get done. Synthetic oil and special filter is EXPENSIVE.

fast friendly service. showed me my intake filter and it was very dirty,just ask would you like it replaced. Not like other places i have been where they try to sell you product after product. Truck truely run better afterwords . and you get a free car wash!!!

Second time coming here. Thought it was a good, trusted place to come. I came for just an oil change. They told me I needed the air filter changed too. Ok fine I said yes to that. Air filters are around 30 dollars; they charge me 60.99. That's too much. They also included an engine treatment which I did not ask for and shop supplies? What kind of shop supplies? Total 207.26. Way too much.

I went for an oil change today and was very disappointed. I have used this place for years with no problem. All I asked for was an oil change and was taken advantage of. They asked if I wanted my air filters changed and I said that was fine. To say I was in shock when I went to pay is an understatement. Just an oil changed turned into a $430 visit!!!!!!! The guy checking me out acted just as surprised as I was when I went to pay. They ended up charging me 100 dollars for a fuel system cleaning that I never asked for. They charged me 90 dollars for a brake fluid exchange that I never asked for along with 25 dollars for brake fluid. I never once mentioned these things and I was charged for every single bit of it. No place of business should be able to charge constumers for services that were never asked for. I am so upset that I was taken advantage of. I have never had to write a bad review but I think people should know what to expect when trying to get your oil changed here.

Oil & fuel filter charges are just ridiculous. Then I had extra charges that couldn't be explained. The mechanic broke a wire for my fuel filter sensor & I had to go buy it at the nearest part store to pay them to put it on. I have a Ram 2500 turbo diesel that require 2 fuel filters. Instead of them charging for 1 unit, they charged for 2 filters which was $120+ without the cost of the filters. My business spent $640 on oil & fuel filter change for 1 vehicle. We'll find somewhere else to take our business to.
