We were traveling through and hit something that ruined a tire. We arrived when they opened the next day and Jay was very helpful. He understood our situation and took very good care of us. He got us in as soon as he could and we were out very soon after. Great service and Jay was the best I have run into in a very long time. He was super!!!!

This is the absolutely worst firestone location I have ever been to. I had an appointment for 11 and my car and i did not leave until 3pm with my car. My car literally sat for an hour before being even brought in for maintenance. What's the point of having the appointment then? I will not be returning to this location.

Discounts were never taken off price. Was told they were doing an inspection, looking for the issue I asked to be looked at? Car sat 45 minutes. Didn't appear to be anyone looking at anything??

Took my Company vehicle there today around 11:45 this morning for an oil change. Called back at 5:30 this evening to let them know I was on my way to pick it, only to be told a ticket was never done for the vehicle and they did not know it was there. I told the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, the young lady who waited on me wrong everything on a notepad, he stated, I see the notepad and the keys are still where you left them . Worst experience ever. Now I m left to explain this to my boss.

Have generally used Firestone as it's convenient and typically have good service. My experience today has changed my mind. I won't be coming back. I needed a quick pressure check and was hoping to get a wiper and battery check as I need to be on the road I was instructed to pull to a bay (not in, in front). When the door opened I was handed a tire pressure gauge and hose. It was raining and cold. I was a bit taken. I used the equipment and left. I had the battery and wipers checked elsewhere as well as my tires. Can't say horrible service, just simply no service!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Your guys at the Natchez Ms Firestone are so polite and professional. Jay usually attended to me and made recommendations but the young man that took care of me was also very helpful. Love my Destination tires. Hope they last as long as the Ecopia's.

Visiting from out of town and my AC wasn t cooling on a late Friday afternoon. After checking to find a service option, a competitor of Firestone recommended them. I called in and had a courteous phone call with Tyler, who suggested I come in Saturday to have it checked with their $9.99 test special. The next morning I drive into town about 10:30, and Tyler suggested coming back around 2, which I did. I did not have a ride so I knew I would have to wait. So I waited...and waited...and waited. I knew they were full up, but I looked outside after 2 hours to see that my car had not moved from where I parked it at 2 pm. I asked the manager, Jay, for an update, and he said the only certified AC man had just taken a lunch break and would be back in 20-30 minutes. At 4 pm? Didn t make sense as the shop closed at 6 pm. I know that the crew was working really hard, but to not communicate AT ALL with customers in the lobby after the first HOUR seems unacceptable. I could have saved some valuable time or looked for a different option. So after waiting on the AC man for 30 minutes, I cancelled my ticket and left. I run a small business, and I have found that CLEAR COMMUNICATION is a critical key to success.

Dropped my car off on a Wednesday at 1pm for a simple oil change. Car sat for over an hour and a half while the staff showed no urgency to get any work done. Eventually asked for my keys back and left. If you don t value your time, I m sure they do a fine job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was visiting family in Natchez and came out to find my rear tire flat with a nail stuck in it. It was after 6 on a Friday night and I was returning to Texas the next day. The team at Firestone was so kind and fixed the tire in 20 minutes. The gentlemen who helped me were so kind and help to make sure that everything was good before I left the facility. Thank you to a great staff that cared enough to help out and make sure that I could get home safely.

Jay and his team are incredible! We live near New Orleans and my wife and daughter were visiting family near Natchez when she got a flat. We both talked to Jay and he reassured us that if he absolutely 100% couldn t repair it then he would find a tire to fit our van. My wife was in and out in less than hour and back on the road home. Super nice folks!!

Horrible experience I would not recommend this store to anyone. If I could give negative stars I would 0 stars is too good for them. Jay is super nice and I thought it would be a good experience, but they tried to upsell me on repairs that I had already done myself within the month and they argued with me that I didn't do them. I came in for a simple alignment and they made my total out to 3 grand!!! My car drives fine just needs an adjustment on the front. I recommend everyone be careful on what they try to sell you.

Second time to have tire service done here. Very good service, very professional and courteous. The technician that changed the tires out is very personable. Would recommend to anyone. The only thing is be prepared to wait on a Saturday, they are very busy. I wasn't able to have anyone pick me up while the car was being serviced so I had to wait awhile. Other than that inconvenience, it was a good experience.

So my check engine light came on a Tuesday and I went to this location on a Friday. The wait was a long time but it usually is. However I got my O2 sensor replaced that s what the code was reading. The next Thursday not even a week later my check engine light is on again for the same thing. I took it to a mechanic for them to tell me that the wrong O2 sensor was changed so here I am having to replace the ones that actually need to be changed. I will not be using this Firestone location ever again.

I waited over two hrs only to realize that they were putting customers ahead of me. Upon requesting my keys to leave the ticket could not be found. Later on The ticket was found on another vehicle. I told the service person that I would not be returning and they (company) would be hearing about this. The problem was rectified by Jay. I still don't think I will be returning again.

Great experience! We had a low tire pressure warning light come on during our round-the-United States road trip while in Natches. On a Saturday no less when most tire shops are closed. Firestone came to the rescue. One if our tires had a slow leak in the sidewalk that couldn t be repaired and another tire had bad tread wear. We were treated to great service and with 2 new tires, oil change, and alignment we were back on the road before lunch. I can t thank manager Jay Kingsbury and his crew enough.

The service is very POOR. Over the last three years I have experienced three major issues with the company. The first time I was changed for parts that was never put on, second and third time oil was not put back in my car both times!

This place will take care of you! While visiting from out of town, I damaged my car on Christmas Eve. Jay treated me with kindness, compassion and respect through the entire process. The customer service was amazing. A+++++

My husband went to Firestone to place four new tires on his truck. He had a appointment for 9am. At 1:51 they finally moved his truck into the garage to put the new tires on. I find it hard to believe you can have a appointment and wait five hours to have service to your vehicle.

Sometimes lacking in service. But, they are trying. So, hence, 5 stars for my last visit for tire alignment.
