5 star experience!!! Norma the store manager and her employee gave me first rate care. I needed a new battery. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Will definitely use Advanced Auto again.

Busy as usual but I got serviced quickly, everyone was friendly , and they had my part I'm stock unlike their competitors. All in all this is my goto auto parts store.

Posted store hours say closing at 8pm. Five ladies arrived at 7:49 and were refused service at this stellar location Saturday January 19, 2019.

They are very IGNORANT AND RUDE , today I came at 5:30 pm to return fuel filter they charged me $80 bucks My found same filters for $20 bucks and drove a hour to do this now will have to make another trip and the store is full of employees... cost me more cash management needs to look into this and pay me a extra 100 bucks for a waste of time and money.

I bought a battery there it was poor down rain and two black guys, came put my battery in my truck for me about five years ago took the old one out put the new one In , a great job thanks a lot !!! Now have to have another one , going to the one Grant for Rd., Brandon Mississippi we ll see how they do??!!

Inaccurate information, lack of customer service, no sense of urgency. Everyone move at their own slow speed, and when they make a mistake they blame the customer.

5:57 and this place is closed, all I need is a can of fix a flat, but the guy working has it locked up saying it's closed. Uh, nope, you're open and not doing your job

Worst service ever there store's are not linked to each other I bought a part in another city and they told me I had to return it where I bought it from.

I usually get good service, if they dont have a part they can usually get it promptly. AAP needs an awards program.
