Not a good experience with mosspoint rnr.i have never had issues but today I did.after the unecessary back and forth they ended up putting the wrong tires(right brand different series)on my car and to top it off wasted a trip since they didn't say the alignment machine was down. So ended up in pascagoula for the alignment and was told that parts were bad and they had been replaced 2 weeks ago and they didn't wanna align it.was treated like I was lying and had no idea what I was talking about had to escalate it up to the district manager..they ended up doing the alignment but it was not a good experience and I have been going to rnr for 4 years now never missed payments and I think have been a good customer I don't call and bother them I just let autopay pay my bill..I was also told by the manager of the mosspoint store that he doesn't want to even see customers he wants them to pay their bill and leave them alone. Customers are how they make their money and I will be taking my business to rim time from now on..

I truly hope that the corporate office See's what I am about to say because on Friday January 12, 2024 i had called the Moss Point RNR Office and was informed that they had to order the tires and they should be in the office on Monday, so I wait!

Their system is down and can not pay. I live closer to George county. Eben thiugh its their fault they would not work with us and told us we either had to come in or they collect our tires.

Made a appointment to buy tires and install, got down there didn't even have the tires. I call twice to make sure that they had them,and drove 60 miles to find out they didn't. I promise I won't go back

Put $20 down on a set of tires to come back today, turned out they sold the tires and can t get my deposit back. The salesman I was working with didn t make it clear enough that I was coming back on Saturday because the original tires I had ordered from another place was on back order, so save the time and go somewhere else

Just a BIG thank you to the owner who saved us on our trip. He sent two kind young men to fix our blow out tire on our RV. They could not have been more helpful and courteous. I highly recommend the owner and his service as he went out of his way late on Friday to help us out. Thank you so much!

I've had nothing but good experiences with RNR Tire Express in moss point. They have done nothing but good business with me. And I would recommend anyone looking for some good quality tires and rims to them everytime. Thanks guys for your superb business so far.

Best experience I ve ever had while getting tires. I will do more business with them. The staff was friendly and helped with setting everything up. First time ever using them and glad I did!!!

Ask for Jordan brought tires didn't rent that young man knows exactly what he's doing. I heard him correct and whoever was doing my tires had they were doing it wrong definitely ask for Jordan

Horrible. Sold me a $30 used tire with wire hanging out of it and Wouldn't give me my money back. Charged me $17 to plug a tire. Owner works at Wayne lees.No avail.

All rent an roll need to be on the same page.moss point rent and roll can't change a tire unless you buy the tire from the .went to the other rent a roll thay welcome me an change my tire..

I love it. Great people. 20 bucks no tax gets u started. And it includes front end alignment and tire rotation and balance.

Got 3 tires at a great price, that long outlasted the 1 tire I got from Walmart a month earlier. Definitely going back!

Slow as hell hubs looked to see what was taking so long and he was sitting on his phone. Went to check again and didnt see anyone. Never again. Should have paid the Latinos next door 100 so it would be done in 20 minutes.

The workers are rude and disrespectful, plus the lie about fixing the tires. I would NEVER recommend the RnR in Moss Point.
