My wife suddenly had a flat tire and Joel's was the closest tire store. Although it was near closing time, they were super friendly and helped her get back on the road quickly.

We were travelling through MS with our popup camper when we experienced some issues with our camper tires. We were on our way to a camping world when we saw Joel's tire & auto repair on the side of the road. They were so nice & helpful. It was nearing their closing time and they were worried it was going to be too big of an issue to start that day but after they heard our tire issues and that we were hauling our 3 kids in the car, they didn't want us driving on it any longer than we were. Luckily it wasnt too big of an issue but they were able to help us and quickly fix the problem. We will forever be grateful for them!

Great job, good service and knowledgeable people. Mr Tony did a brake job on my jeep Cherokee and serviced my wife s car. They are a five start for sure.

Joel s Tire went above and beyond to get me back in my van asap, and even reminded me how to use the seat controls when I picked it up. (I had apparently forgotten how to use my van during the few days they had it, ). Excellent service! Thank you!

I called to ask for a time I could come in to have 4 tires mounted and balanced and I was told if I can't leave my car the entire day they will not be able to do it. I live less than 10 miles away and I explained it's my only ride. How can you not figure a window of time for a customer? Poor business management. Poor customer service. I have no idea how the mechanic service is. I recommend Dee Yawn on hwy 614 Hurley for that.

Joel has serviced my vehicles for many years now and he's always been honest and fair. You can trust him with your tire and service needs. Tony, his senior technician is one of the best I've ever met.

My truck window fell out, took it to Joel's and it was fixed. They did somehow messed up my door so it wouldn't open from the inside, but I called them and told them and took it back and it was fixed in 10 mins. Great place, and friendly people.

Been doing business there for many years. I have never had a bad experience. Great Customer service and the techs no what they are doing. Joel is a great guy.

January 2018 had starter problem with my truck while visiting Fla.put truck n shop,they replaced battery, said starter ok, truck did start&run till Feb 20, wouldn't start, truck towed to Joel's tire& automotive,they fixed the PROBLEM not the symptoms &had it done the next day!Joel& staff did excellent job, wood recommend them anytime

Completely useless and untrustworthy.Thay had my car for a week and did nothing to fix it and was not honist about what was really wrong with it . I do not recommend that anyone else go there. It's a waste of time.
