Such a lovely car buying experience which can t always be said for a woman in her 20s. Scott worked with my for like a week before I came in to get the best price and Madeline in finance was so awesome too. They were honest, quick, and helpful. I really enjoyed it and I love my new car!

I drove all the way from Pensacola Fl to look at a couple 4Runners I had seen online. Laura from the dealership was so nice and helpful before I even got there. Both vehicles I was interested in were clean and pulled up to the front of the dealership waiting. Everyone there was very attentive and I did not feel pressured to make any decisions. By far one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had at a dealership. I would drive all the way out there again to buy another vehicle.

I bought a first class car from Cannon in one day! From seeing an ad on craigslist, to calling them about the ins and outs of the car s record, to driving it at the dealership and dealing with friendly, non-aggressive sales people - especially Chad. And to top it off, they drove the car to me to alleviate transportation issues. Wonderful operation.

We had the pleasure of dealing with nicest young man named Bo Gunter. I found the car online that we both agree on then met with Bo that morning. I ended up picking another car with less miles with a full warranty after test driving three others. I was very impressed with how everyone was so friendly. This is our first Toyota Camry and we thank them for putting the customer first.

Negotiations were done on the phone. Price seemed fair relative to other dealers. I was in the dealership only about and hour and a half to pick it up. All good, I even liked my salesperson Chris. I was disappointed to see a Cannon logo sticker stuck to my new car, but not that hard to remove. The big disappointment came when I saw they had screwed 4 holes in my front bumper to mount a stupid Cannon license plate. We don t use front license plates in Mississippi. No reason to damage my new car. So disappointed and frustrated. I wish I would have refused the car and gone to another dealership that had more respect for a customers new car. Picked up my RAV4 7/12 about 4PM.update: The dealer did reach out to me and offer to try to fill the holes they put in the bumper. The were not willing to replace the $130 bumper part with the holes in it. Be sure to ask them not to put holes in you new car. I did not know that I needed to ask for that but now you do. (I bumped up the stars from 2 to 3)

We do not live near Moss Point and we have another Toyota dealer in our city. Despite having to travel to Cannon, we would not buy from anywhere else. They are exceptionally nice, professional and fair. It is a shame dealers and car sales people get such a bad reputation when Cannon works very hard to not be the negative car buying experience. They truly deserve your business. We purchased our car with a very reasonable price which was approximately $10k less than another dealer who insisted on adding a $10k market adjustment. J..D. In sales and Sam in finance were just very patient and excellent to deal with. I actually feel good about our purchase and feel like I got exactly what I paid for. Probably the best new car purchase I have ever had.

Chris Diliberto is the guy. Straightforward, honest, not pushy or aggressive. I bought several cars over the years and by far he was the easiest to work with. He definitely had my best interests and saved me a lot of time by being upfront and clear about costs from the very beginning. If you don t want to waste time I highly recommend giving Chris a call.

Scott Mitchell was an excellent salesman we had the pleasure to deal with. I've had extremely bad luck with vehicles lately after having to lemoning 3 SUVs from other manufacturers in the past 1.5 years. After not being impressed with our local Toyota dealership we decided to look a little further and found this location to pleasant. Mr. Mitchell was not pushy, provided all the information we requested, and even responded to text in his off time. He was very understanding of our situation and was a great help.

I recently visited Cannon Toyota of Moss Point Mississippi and had a fantastic experience! The communication with the dealership via phone and email was excellent, making it easy to coordinate my visit. My salesperson, Chris, worked hard to get my father the best deal possible on a 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE, and I was happy with the price we received.What really stood out to me was how transparent and upfront the dealership was about all costs. I was hesitant to make the two-hour drive to the dealership, worried that there might be last-minute pricing tricks, but it turned out to be the easiest, most honest car-buying experience I've had. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes!I was also impressed by how the dealership didn't push additional options or an extended warranty on me. They were available, but the sales team respected my decision not to take them, which was a refreshing change from other dealerships I've visited.It's rare to find a dealership that prioritizes transparency and honesty in their sales practices, but Cannon Toyota of Moss Point Mississippi truly does. I'll be recommending this dealership to all my friends, family, and colleagues and will definitely be returning for my future car purchases. Thank you for a fantastic car-buying experience!
