This company is a rip off. On May 26, 2023 at around 3 am my son had a blowout and lost control of the car and ended up in the median. So the state troopers were called out and said the car had to be towed immediately. Every tow company we called in Greenville said it would be 7 am before they could come out, so we asked the trooper if he knew a company that would come out right now and he called TnT. TnT showed up and we told them we need the car towed to Greenville but he said he has to tow it to his shop. We called his shop around 9 am and now he said it would be $350 for the tow and another $125 to tow it to Greenville and $45 a day to stay on his property. DO NOT USE THIS TOW COMPANY!!!!!!

I have nothin good to say about this place the owner wouldn't let me come get my speakers and stereo out my own car talking about it had to b personal stuff had to press charges

DO NOT USE THIS SHADE TREE ESTABLISHMENT! DO NOT ALLOW YOUR VEHICLE TO BE TOWED THERE! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR DO THEY USE PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT! YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE DAMAGED! YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY WHATEVER THEY WANT TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK! BEWARE!!!

Jack Triplett s customer service and business practices are absolutely horrible! On September 17, 2020, my sister s vehicle was unnecessarily towed at the request of a Moorhead Police Officer instead of him allowing a friend that was nearby to drive her car away. The police officer called TnT Auto & Recovery, and when my sister called to find out the cost for tow, she was told it would cost her $350 for a 2.1 mile trip! When I called Jack Triplett to confirm this ridiculous amount and pay with a credit card over the phone since I live out of state, he said he only took cash. Ok, that s fine as I understand that, sadly, every business is not up to date on technology! However, I then began to inform him that this business practice of his for such a small mile radius and his tone was totally unacceptable and it would be reported to the Better Business Bureau. I explained that there should be absolutely nowhere in the town of MOORHEAD, MS that would render a charge of a $350 tow! As I was finishing my thoughts, the man hung up in my face in mid-sentence! He s very rude, and I am convinced that this is not the first rude and merciless encounter that others have had with him! I wished there was a 0 stars button!

The owner were very rude and he over charged us. I definitely don't recommend these people
