Took them over 2 months to send the title. Horrible representation of a used service truck. "Everything works like it should" complete bs. "Inspection" was completed pretty much means they cleaned the interior and checked the lights. Worst experience I've ever had butying used equipment.

We have experienced an immensely frustrating process with our flatbed truck here. James was very helpful but had his hands tied with decisions.We were told numerous repairs needed to be done only to then be told that the work was not needed and that the engine needed to be replaced.We ended up having to buy a new engine , got charged for labor that didn t need to be done, Durastar then stopped helping them out only to be told that more repairs needed to be done to the truck after a new engine was replaced.I agree, slow service and unreliable technician diagnostics that seemed redundant after it all said and done.This experience only ended with Kolby and James both hanging up the phone on me while I was trying to figure out how to handle the next step in our almost two month delayed experience with Waters International. Just a disappointing experience. Not professional at all.

I've had waters work on my 2019 mv607 several times. They always get it repaired at a reasonable price and time so I don't lose a lot of money during down time. I'd rather drive to meridian to get them to work on than drive 18 miles to tri-state. Rankin County Towing will only use these guys. Thanks

If you want extra slow service, your truck having more trouble than before you took it in and techs who are way smarter to themselves than anyone else then WATERS is your place. Techs are discussing how the owners , supervisors do not respect or value them and it totally shows that. They are unappreciated by the work that they put out. I know that many people have no choice other than WATERS but if you have a choice go elsewhere!

I purchased multiple trucks from Ken Tillman at this facility. Ken and Dave Waters work together to provide me an excellent price. All units upon delivery were DOT inspected and clean clean clean. Paperwork was 100% in order. You can't ask for anything more. Thank you gentlemen for the excellent service I would recommend this dealer anytime.

I give it 5 stars because the master mechanic Mr Gary is among one of the best I've ever met. Really good guy and knows his way around a Caterpillar for sure. I don't know much about the rest of the shop because he's the only man I speak to now.

Waters International is a family-owned business could have been around the city of Meridian for many years and have a wonderful reputation in the trucking business they sell trucks they sell truck parts they service trucks and they have a wrecker business and a service truck that goes out and assist trucks when they need flat tires fixed or they have engine problems and need assistance this company is well-known and well-respected in the state of Mississippi and and whenever a truck needs help and in a hurry they're there and they don't hesitate to get someone out there to a system Waters is a great company and is a wonderful place for truckers to rely on anytime they need

Their website says close at 6 here at 530 already gone shame on the employee who I ask why do you close early with out telling me why !!!

OTR company driver, my experience here. First the good, then the bad...lol1. They will shuttle you to and from your motel with their mini van, so avoids having to arrange for taxi.2. Their friendly in service dept and the technicians very friendly also. The Parts dept dude is well not quite so friendly..lol.3. They have a descent area along the front of their property where you can park your truck/trailer if needed.Now for the not so good. As we know dealerships stay busy, but anyways it was as below:1. Their only open in the service department 5 days a week, 7:30 am to 8:00 pm., NO weekends. With the amount of trucks and busses coming here, seems they would have another shift and/or weekends open.2. Truck brought in on a Saturday, had air conditioning problem, I knew mine at minimum needed a new ac compressor as it burnt out and was running hot. They couldn't give me a day when my truck would be brought in for service, I checked with them once a day. Long story short it took 6 working days for them to get my truck into the shop.3. They ordered a new air conditioning compressor, received it the next day, also replaced dryer, and evaporator. So the actual work 1-1/2 days, to get truck into shop 6 working days!..lol. Once in the shop they do work with it to get it done.4. So truck brought to them on a Saturday, and they didn't get it into their shop until the 2nd Monday (9 days later) Approval by my company given immediately, so that wasn't an issue.5. If you don't mind the wait well come here...lol..the work itself was done good, my air conditioning in my truck works great.

The parts counter had some almost baldheaded white boy bout mid to late thirties that gave me a boxed part that was really opened and missing a part from it. Making a long story short, I took it back and got my money back. He was so rude that he not once said thanks or anything at ALL except that's the part for the truck. Like almost as if he's deaf and dumb. But obviously an a-hole that hates Black customers. But then again, that's Meridian Mississippi, so expect rude treatment if you're Black. Plus entioning my complaint to the manager seemed to go in one ear and right out the other. F water's International.

I did not but my husband did. It took you three longer to get his truck fix. He have to make a living too for his family.
