huge shout out to Nicole Mitchell (dominique) for making all my dreams come true and being SO great through this whole process. she made it feel like we ve known each other for our whole life since the first day i reached out to her. she was so professional about everything and went above and beyond to make sure i got the car i wanted! she answered any and all questions i had honestly and helped me feel confident about getting my first car on my own. there s so many great things i could say about my experience from beginning to end to end with her! i d do it all over again. i highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new car. once again, she was amazing from beginning to the end. i couldn t have asked for better! forever thankful for her and all of her help! here s to having my dream car with the help from her!

Special thanks to my salesperson, Dominque Mitchell. She was very professional and her customer service skills were beyond my expectations. I couldn t ask for anyone better. I would like to highly recommend Dominque Mitchell. Also, Heather Rigby was very patient and kind with answering all of my financial questions. Thank you again Dominque and Heather. I will definitely be back to purchase another Toyota.

After visiting several dealerships, in search of a replacement vehicle for our mom, we decided to check out Toyota of Meridian. We re so glad that we did. We lucked out getting Ethan to assist us. He was beyond patient, knowledgeable of the inventory, and never once pressured us in the decision making process. With him, we felt totally at ease. We also had a great experience with Heather, who was kind and helpful while going over the financial details. My mom usually hates shopping for a vehicle, but during this experience, she felt right at home and couldn t be happier with her purchase.

After my local Toyota dealer in Laurel Ms. absolutely refused to do a recall for me after corporate reached out to them, Toyota of meridian went above and beyond to take care of me. I was more than satisfied with them. I wished they would buy out our local dealership where we could get some service down here.

I recently purchased a car from Toyota of Meridian, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations. Phil Priester, the sales representative, was exceptionally professional and kind throughout the process. He patiently addressed all my inquiries, ensuring a seamless buying experience. Additionally, Brittany from the finance department impressed me with her thorough explanations. Even when I reached out with a question days later, unrelated to her department, she promptly assisted me by directing it to the appropriate person and ensuring I received a callback. Overall, I highly recommend Toyota of Meridian for anyone in search of a car.

Let me tell you what.... If Dom says she is going to get you driving... believe her! This car buying experience was easy, painless, and quick! Dominique and the entire staff were extremely professional, and the customer service was amazing! Even if you dont want a Toyota... after meeting this team, you will want whatever they tell you you want! Toyota of Meridian is like the Chick-fil-A of dealerships! 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

We weren't really looking to buy the day we went, but they had just gotten in what we wanted the day before. We took it for a spin and absolutely fell in love with our new Sequoia! Ethan was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone! He took time with us, showed us all about the vehicle and setting up the app on my phone to sync with the car. This is my third vehicle I've purchased here and I've been pleased every time. Everyone is nice and helpful! Thank you all and I will be back

I had an appointment at 1:00pm to have new tires put on. I arrived 30 minutes early thinking they might be able to get started a little sooner because I had somewhere to be at 3:30. No big deal either way right? It s just 4 new tires being put on. WRONG!! This place killed a whole afternoon and caused me to miss a 3:30 appointment because it took them over 2 hours to put 4 tires on a car. Their excuse was that s how it takes. Sorry John O Neil Toyota it s not! Average new 4 tire install takes 45 minutes to one hour. This was the first and last time I will buy tires from here. I will stick with reliable mom and pop locals for now on.

Took a relative there for scheduled repairs to their vehicle....ample seating in the waiting room....there's free coffee and a vending machine with limited soda choices.....friendly courteous associates and relatively clean space.....repairs were done in a timely manner.

The people working here are top-notch. We broke down on the road coming home from Texas on a late Saturday afternoon. Even though our car was not a Toyota, and they were getting ready to leave for the weekend, they took us in, diagnosed, and fixed our car while we waited! Penny, Wes, and Michael were friendly, professional, and competent. We were back on the road shortly after we limped in to the dealership. Even though we live out-of-state, we may have to come back here for our next car/service.

The service of the maintenance department is very slow, unprofessional and irresponsible at all. There are big problems in the management of the entire maintenance department. Customers' needs are not followed up. There is no one to answer the phone after being transfered. This is the worst Toyota store I have ever been to.

This place has the absolute worst customer service!! No one greeted us or even bothered to ask if we needed any assistance. I would not even spend a dollar here and would give zero stars if I could. I was trying to shop at a dealership local to my mother in law but will take my business back home to Bill Penney Toyota in Huntsville. They have better inventory and great staff!

Brandi and the master mechanic were amazing. They really went above and beyond for me, and i will forever be grateful!!! They came to my rescue when i called a half hour before they close, and ensured i made it to and from my hotel safely! I broke down on the side of the road and had no idea what to do, but they made waiting on repair very easy. Thank you so much!!! I hope these two get regular raises! They more than deserve them!!!!

This is my second time to purchase a car at Toyota, I have a favorite salesperson Dominque Mitchell that has assisted me both times and always goes above and beyond to make sure I've satisfied and my process is smooth she is a hard worker who I would recommend anyone go see not only was she amazing in sales but Brittany Daughtery explained the financial portion wonderfully and worked with us to stay within our budget.

I was able to work a great deal over the phone for a 2021 Toyota Highlander. The staff at Johnson Toyota were friendly, accommodating and had everything in order when we arrived at the dealership. Our two hour drive was well worth it. Thanks again to Destiny and Heather for a very enjoyable experience.
