I have been on the road for 12 years, and I think the truck stop business needs to be updated. Payment for the employee, add a small box of tips for the shower cleaners. I fuel up and shower at this location. Please clean this place. Power wash the shower and the bathroom. Remove the mold bad smell. Let's do better.

Showers are nice and parking is great with awesome wifi! 1 problem though... I went in for what I hoped would be a nice breakfast, seated myself as the sign said at the country pride diner, I gave a kind smile to the waitress, and she proceeded to yell and throw the menus she had in her hands to the floor. I've never felt so unwelcome at a diner. I don't know these people but it felt like I was immediately hated for sitting down and making her do her job. Absolutely would not reccomend and I hope she has a reality check very soon.

It seems like every time I stop at this TA. The pump card reader or key pads are messed up. So when I try to use my efs fuel card, I get locked out for 15 min. That means I have to wait 15 min and then walk in to get the pump turned on. Just need to find another truck stop to do business with. Cause TA is going downhill. In the last 4 months, I've had this issue 8 times and 3 at this single location.

03/30/24 I had a work order to lube truck and trailer. The night shift mechanic KORI told me he did lube my trailer when in fact he never did lube my trailer because I know the hose could not reach the back of the trailer without me pulling forward. Then he told me they don t lube the Fifth wheel. So I can t even trust them to lube my truck and trailer properly what else can I trust them with ??

Older location, very friend staff, breakfast plate was good, shower was clean and had hot water. No real complaints

I only visited the restaurant on 03/19/24, ordered Sirloin with Broccoli and Green Beans, the lady waitress was very polite and fast, the cook (omg) he did magic with that steak . The food was very tasty, he even share the recipe with me, nice guys both at that restaurant on my visit. Keep it like that plz, i most definitely will be coming back when traveling this way

I arrived about midnight and found a parking spot. Went to bed. Got up and got fuel and left. Another favorite spot and almost always stop here. Mainly for fuel and rest. Almost always find a spot even with the odd shaped parking lot. It always leaves one spot available even when not knowing it.

Five stars for the shop, especially for O Brian (the mechanic) and Chris ( service manager). I had an ultimate pm done and O Brian was very detail oriented and made sure everything was done properly and Chris made sure my bill was done correctly. As for the rest of the truck stop they really need to clean the place up and lower your food prices, your food prices are very expensive and it s to the point where a driver can only eat one meal a day. Understand the cost of everything has gone up but you need to understand that our pay has not. We can eat at a decent restaurant for what you charge at your deli s and in your restaurant s with better quality food and service.

Today 12/05/23 approximately at 9:20 pm cleaning lady (probably on probation) said to me like: Hey why are you cleaning your nose while I was touching my nose when I was in lane to cashier. People start laughing on me. This is completely unacceptable. It was very rude to hear that. I super hope that she ll loose her job ASAP!!!!!

Although the shower amenities here were not the most modern, they provide the basic necessities needed to stay and be clean. As an added tip, be sure to bring a disinfectant spray for your shower stall to prevent catching any inadvertent bugs from other patrons. Spray the shower stall and wait about 1 - 2 minutes before setting the water to scalding hot to further cleanse the area. This particular location did not have seat covers so I used tissue paper to nest the seat. Be happy, healthy and safe on your travels. NaijaQT�

Got here at 1:00 am central time and there was no spots except for paid but did finally find a spot and the country pride was good but the bathrooms could have been cleaner but overall it was pretty good.

Place is nasty and dirty all over, didn't try the food.But you can see isn't being taken care off properly. Fuel and leave fast.

This would be a good place to put a fast food restaurant. Since no matter what time I stop in thr AM. Damn, I miss the ole days of truckstops. When a driver could actually set down an EAT. You absolutely SUCK TA

So far the service sucks.. we left after the waitress was rude and thanked the table sitting closest to her booth for sitting close to her so she could wait on them faster! Never going back there...

Poor Management and Long Wait Times for ShowersI stopped by this TA to refuel and decided to take a shower. However, after purchasing a shower ticket, I had to wait for an extended period, not due to the shower rooms being in use, but rather because the staff, seemingly to reduce their workload, only opened one shower room. This is quite displeasing and reflects poorly on the management. The inconvenience caused certainly diminishes the overall customer experience at this establishment.

LAZY OR CHEAP, OR BOTH??Diesel pump 6 has a bad keypad, so drivers need to go inside to get the pump set up. They've known about this issue for MONTHS. Cheap or lazy, your guess is as good as mine.

Two years ago, I gave this TA a good review.It's gone down hill scene.Many of the pumps card readers are not working. Service is just ok.Some of the pumps leak.Not maintained like it used to be.Very disappointed.

Just got done eating at the TA at exit 160 off 20/59 ,,,,,, Had two grilled cheese sandwiches, and french fries and a Mountain Dew $23.97 ,,,, one grilled cheese was $9.45. This is the worst TA ever charging somebody $9.45 for one grilled cheese, two pieces of bread and one slice of nasty cheese.

Fantastic Staff in every area of the TA. An exceptionally kind and helpful employee helped us work out some trucking/email issues.Everyone was Great !Smash Burger at Country Pride was delicious .

The employees here are so rude and hateful and the pumps never work properly. Never fueling here again. I will pay extra at the loves or pilot for fuel if nessesary. Getting feed up with hateful people in alot of petros and TAs. I hope that the now owners take the time to investigate and remedy this issue.

Bathrooms are working now. Truck parking is for the more experienced drivers. Country Pride food was AMAZING, compliments to the chef. Waitress was too concerned about other issues between coworkers to truly get a thumbs up from me.

Not a lot of parking but there's usually some paid spots left late. I had to come here for service on Thanksgiving. The guy in charge of the shop was awesome, a fantastic manager. He took care of peoole quickly, no fooling around, no pretending he doesn't see you like at some places. He got someone working on my truck quickly, and my issue was resolved in a few hours.The restiarant was a different story. Server was very forgetful and really slow even though she only had 2 tables. But it was Thanksgiving so I was just happy someone was there for us old truckers.

Although TA truck stops are aging and often in need of updates this one is holding up about as well as it can. Could use more parking but the restaurant was open and serving up some pretty good food.

Been stopping here for years and it s always been great. The showers today were exceptionally busy, but quickly cleaned when empty. I will add that they were thoroughly cleaned; not just exchanging dirty towels for clean. The ladies at the fuel counter were friendly and attentive, along with other employees that I came into contact with. Fuel discount here is awesome too. The parking lot was free of trash and debris; not one trash can overflowing either. Keep up the good work folks. It s appreciated.

Only services I used were the restaurant and buying a coke from yo front. Staff was amazing by all means! The female cook tonight at the restaurant cooked my steak PERFECT! The waitress was amazing tho tired from working by herself all day still had a smile on her face and kind!Ladies working the counter were just as friendly and extremely nice.Will most definitely be back here.

My steak looked like smashed coon, at least a quarter of it was gristle could not eat it, the service was not great but it may have had to do with the fact that I called the waitress sir at one point by accident... Either way... Avoid this place unless you want salad

The food was great we was there around 5 pm on 11 /27/2021. I had a grilled chicken salad and it was the best. My wife had grilled salmon and vegies and everything was done perfect. Hats off to the cook and the staff there.
