Mr. Danny the manager and staff did a tremendous job on my wife s suburban after a tree fell on it. It still had some unforeseen issues when we got it back. Mr. Danny personally came out, looked at it and had it all corrected in a couple days. He even gave me a ride when I dropped it off to be more accommodating along with an amazing detail job.Management was top notch.Service was top notch.I would recommend this team any dayThanks for all the hard work and professionalism.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Welding

I believe in "getting what you pay for", but sometimes it's just not right. Outrageous price for what I needed. They asked how much I thought It would be (which wasn't far off from what another local place quoted me that does just as good of a job, and a lot more friendly, family owned business at that) and was laughed at by the employee that quoted me. Basically tried to get me to spend more money that was not needed. Crook and arrogant attitude. Would not recommend unless it was the last resort. Do not see myself going back and neither should you. Save yourself some time.

So, today I m highly disappointed in this shop.I have a Porsche Panamera that needed some minor repairs done. The nerve of this company trying to charge me $150 for estimates to get my car fixed was insane. However, I truly feel like the reason he did it was because I m a black young woman driving a Porsche. My mom has took her vehicle to them for estimates and wasn t charged. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE I KNOW. Charlie Beddingfield s would be a great place to start. And they came so highly recommended I guess this is what being black with a little money in 2023 is like. People will try to take advantage of! So, glad there are multiple body shops around here.

Staff is very friendly. Body work looks great. Work is completed as quickly as possible. They make it easy, taking care of all the billing and insurance. This is the second time I've had to take my car in, and they return it to me in near-perfect condition very quickly. Getting into my car and finding a coffee mug and complimentary detail was definitely a plus!

I had a fender bender and it was the first kind of accident I've ever been in and my car was only about a year and a half old so I was really upset for something to happen to my new car. Although the damage was minor I wanted it fixed back to its mint condition. Looking for a body shop that was going to do the repairs to my liking was pretty nerve wracking since I didn't want my car to be diminished in value. After looking around and reading endless reviews I decided to go with this shop because it had the best reviews. When reading bad reviews I didn't care about the bad customer service ones I just wanted to make sure the damage was fixed back to brand new. I did NOT have bad customer service, the repairs looked perfect, and it was done faster than I expected. My rear bumper was cracked in several places, The left light was broken, and this other thing beneath the bumper was cracked off. I was extremely happy with the work! Sorry for the long review but I just wanted to make sure they got the credit for what was actually done.

HELLO I JUST WOULD NEVER BRING MY CAR TO PREMIER PAINT & BODY EVER BECAUSE I DROVE IT THERE AND ENDED UP GET A WRECKER TO BRING IT BACK HOME. THEY TAKEN MY TAIL LIGHT OFF AND BUMBER WHICH HAD MY TAG ON AND THEY AT PREMIER PAINT & BODY REFUSE TO PUT IT BACK TOGATHER THEY CAUSE MORE DAMAGE TO MY CAR THAN PREVIOUS.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Brought my car here two times, both experiences were spectacular. The shop did a great job and the office answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

Although a lot of the work they did was good, Premier offers a lifetime guarantee to which it does not follow through on. After I received my vehicle back(late, btw), there were some discrepancies that I pointed out to have fixed. After leaving the vehicle with them again, they fixed only one of the 4 discrepancies. After I pointed out that they weren't fixed, I was told that they wouldn't do anything more, even though the job wasn't done correctly in the first place. Would not work with these people again.

He refused to give me an estimate on my vehicle stated that it would take too long and he did not want to get involved in with something dealing with court! His name was Dan and he was extremely rude! Never would I dare bother to bring my vehicle anywhere near this place!
