Horrible experience! I inquired about some spark plugs I needed and was told they had them. I told the lady at the counter that I needed two then was told that they didn t have them after all. I started to leave but was told they could order them and have them there by 1:20 so, I reluctantly agreed instead of going to another parts store. After giving my information and getting a receipt I walked out only to realize she d only ordered one. Going back inside I informed her again that I needed two so, she charged me for another. To avoid further hassle I went ahead and prepaid and told her I d return later to pick them up. At 1:50 I returned to pick my order up. Another employee checked and said they weren t there yet. When I informed him that I was told that they d be there by 1:20 he checked again then told me that the truck hasn t delivered yet. Needless to say I wasn t pleased after driving 20 miles back into town just for this order. I asked when the truck would be there and, after checking again he told me it would be there in 15-20 minutes. He told me if I wanted to leave he d call me when the truck arrived so, expecting to return shortly I took my daughter to drive through a nearby park while we were waiting on the call. 45 minutes later, still no call so I decided I d just try again the next day and drove 20 miles back home.My son was going into town for something else later that day so, about 6:00 PM he went by there to pick up my order only to find out that the original employee had only ordered one instead of the two I needed. I told him that in that case to just get me a refund on the entire order and I d get them somewhere else. They refunded me the cost of one plug instead of the two I ordered and he had to explain numerous times that I d paid for two and they d only ordered one beige they gave him the remainder of the refund. Apparently the employee he dealt with couldn t understand, despite him having all the receipts that even though they screwed up and ordered one, I d paid for two. Needless to say, I ll never use this business again.

Been here many times, sometimes excellent service... sometimes the team members seem to want to socialize with each other and customers while other customers wait.

Very friendly staff, usually pretty well stocked. They do have a loaner tool program for the tools you don't want to buy and only use once. They also have an oil recycle tank.

After reading the reviews there must have been a serious change and staff the people there referred me to other companies as far as finding a part it's part and then when we discussed ordering said parts they only ordered one instead of the 2 we discussed which cost me another day Then when I called back to order the part that I needed My call was ignored until I called from another number then She was very rude to me And told me that I had to order from another store 0 out of 0 stars Would not recommend

Great customer service great people at work there wide variety of anything that you might need if you do not have it they will get it to order it and get it to you However they do everything they can to make sure it is the part that you mean and if it isn't they do have a return policy should I weithe policy is that way you can get your money back and they can order the correct part

I'm not one to write out a review..but the people here went above and beyond to help me with my truck today! They were the nicest most helpful people I have ever met at a parts a store..they have just earned me and my family as costumers for life! Don't even bother with any other parts store in Meridian!

We were passing thru town on vacation. Ck engine lite came on. SUE the assistant manager saved the day. Great service and very helpful. Thank you SUE. Ric N Sherry Storm, in the black dodge dually.

Miss Sue is for sure your most valued employees in my opinion. We found our self stranded in your parking lot with broken down truck, hot, with my grand baby in the car and hopeless. Nobody had the part we needed, most could be here by 1-3 they said. It was 10 am and I can t let the baby sit in this heat that long. I called every rental car company to rent a car just beat the heat while we waited for my part. Nobody was helpful in that department. I walked back in to tell my family the bad news and Miss Sue looks at me and says you can hang out in here with that baby till the part is here. She saved the day. Without her generosity and kindness there is no telling how that day unfolds. Not a single other employee talked to us, the entire time. Thank you Sue

Cant get waited on when i walk in because they always answer the phone and help that person.. so i decided to call store instead to get a price and was put on hold for what seemed like forever, i cant seem to get waited on in a timely maner no matter what approach i try with these people... guess i will switch to rockauto from now on

The assistant store manager, and I Adam, and is always very helpful and accomadating. If they don't h as a ve the part you need they get it as quick as possible. The only place I go to for parts.

It's a lot easier to bring you anything that is going wrong with your parts here to exchange them, because they have your name tied to your receipt, and your date of purchase.
