Wow this dealership is amazing!! We got ripped off by 3 mechnics before coming here. David took us in and we knew he would take care of us. He got is the best mechanic and he was the ONLY mechanic to find the problem. Incredible. Davids personality made us feel so comfortable and we knew how trust worthy he is and all the employees are so nice. We are so happy with the service. We will stop by on our way back from traveling. Always great service. One gentleman took time to measure my tires and see if they were critically worn or not and showed me exactly where they were on a scale. Also he gave me a price for a set of new ones. I will definitely buy from y'all.

I was traveling through Meridian and my water pump failed me. The staff at Nelson Hall Cheverolet Service department really helped me . They offered suggestions and helped me with arrangements to complete my journey to celebrate my special day. My vehicle was repaired in time for me to return to my hometown. I am grateful to Megan and the other staff that helped me. Great job!

Last week I got stranded in Meridian, Ms on my way back to school with a broken front passenger side hub. It was late in the day on Friday, and I in my head I was certain I would be stranded there till at least the following Monday, and that I would also be very late to my final destination by almost three days. HOWEVER, Nelson Hall Chevrolet has unbelievable front office people, such as Megan Pepple, and she was able to get my truck in to be looked at the same day in hopes to get my father and I back on the road so we weren't stranded. Nelson Hall also employs great mechanics, such as Buck Parker, who was very speedy in finding the issue, getting the part, and installing a new hub in a timely manner so that we got back on the road. I want to commend Nelson Hall Chevrolet for their outstanding service and also their first-class employees. I would recommend anyone to Nelson Hall Chevrolet because I know you will be met with great people and services. Thank you Nelson Hall Chevrolet!

I wish I could post a review without giving a star at all. So far this is the worst experience that I have had with a dealership. I took my 2016 vehicle in for service because of a known issue with camaros and other gm vehicles. When I dropped my vehicle off I was told that I would hear from them in 3-4 hours, it was 9.a.m..... I never heard anything. So, I called around 5 to find out the status of the service and I was told that testing couldn t be performed. The next day the same thing occurred, no one called me to give me an update or status. Finally I get my car on Friday with the same problems and 3 days later I get the check engine light and now there s is oil on everything under my hood. To make matters worse my car has been sitting outside for two days and hasn t been moved which means that no one has diagnosed or even attempted to diagnose it. This place is very unprofessional and does not communicate. When I picked my car up I wasn t even told what was done to the car, I was told the details would be mailed to my home. That s sad considering I have purchased multiple GM vehicles. If you are in Meridian Mississippi and need service, do not go to Nelson Hall Chevrolet.

My husband and I just had service done on our 3500 Silverado 2008 We were coming from Texas on our way to South Carolina as my mother is in 4 th stage breast cancer and had taken a turn for the worst . We arrived at the Queen City Truck stop Sunday morning barely able to creep in no power in truck. Monday morning I called Nelsons and spoke with Megan explaining our dilemma and she said bring it right over . Well another problem arose . We are hauling our 5 th wheel and couldn't release the rv from our truck . Found another great company Back Country Rv center . As we explained our problem they proceeded to jump right in and get it off so we could go get out truck fixed . Well upon arriving Megan greeted us with a warm smile and introduced us to a very nice man named Buck who assured us he would have us out in time to get our rv . In about 2 1/2 hrs we were on our way to get our rv . We would sincerely like to thank Nelsons great employees all of them especially Megan and Buck for their wonderful treatment to us and our truck . And another thank you to the people of Back Country Rv . And another big ole thank you to the owners of Queen City Truck stop for their help and concern as to our welfare . We have lived in Texas for about 6 years now and are so grateful to people like these that are truly what it means to be in the south . And it sure feels great to be home again . We had almost forgotten what it was like to be around smiling people . We sincerely thank all of you for getting us on our way . May God bless each and everyone of you ! Had an appointment at 12pm . Never had to wait so long to get it back. All most 2 hours. I have never waited no longer than 45 min.

They went up & above to help me get the problem fixed. Wife was in the hospital & I had to get back ASAP. I cant thank the service manager or the mechanic enuff for getting me in & out so I could get back to the hosp.

They backed my truck into a table dented the side they fixed but still made me pay for the service it was in there for and didn't give me a replacement vehicle to drive while they worked on mine I haven't been back

Don't expect them to answer there phones until an hour after after they open at least. Was not pleased at all with lack of care for current customers.
