This shop helped me with a brake job last year. They did a great job. They explained everything that was going on with my vehicle, got me asap and price wise were very reasonable. I and or my husband have also since death with them on other matters and they have been very helpful.

Had my hummer for weeks. Went to pick it up the stereo system, speakers, amps and head unit was gone. They had no alarm system or camera surveillance. Car was locked and of course they had the keys. Seemed to be an inside job and they said there was nothing they would or could do. I would never go back there.

Please do not waste your time going to these people! The mechanic does not know what he is doing and they are a rip off!!

Do not take your vehicle here. They kept my car for 3 months and charged me $3,000 up front and when I got the car back the catalytic converter was missing and they kept the old battery that was in the car. From May 30th to Aug 1st , Mike's Auto didn't get my a.c. working properly. I paid them over $1100 and I am still having to put a can of refrigerant a day until I can get a real mechanic to repair it. Our last conversation he said that he doesn't know what this leaking part is or how to remove it and he needed to call the Chevrolet dealership to find out more about it... I had to draw the line, already spent too much time and money with him still guessing. After spending nearly $2000 and wasting time I decided to repair the system MYSELF. Replaced compressor, lines, and condenser which fixed the issues. I m not sure how this place keeps customers.

Very pleased with the service from Mike s. I m from out of town and happened to have my 2004 van start smoking on the interstate and would not drive or reverse. Got it towed to Mike s after the tower s recommendation. Couldn t of asked for better service at a better price. I for sure thought the van was done for, but they were able to find the problem and fix it, replace fluids, clean up the engine, test drive the car all for a very nominal fee. I was able to take my van onwards and make it all the way home with not a single problem! Thank y all for helping a non-local get their car back home!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

This will be the only stop I make if we are ever in Mississippi again! We were on our way home from a really unexpected trip due to an emergent family situation. The check engine light on my Kia souls started blinking and we were in a strange place and had noIdea what to do. We took it to the Kia dealership and they pretty much said you didn't buy it here so we can't touch it. I called Mike's and they immediately said just get it to me. Within an hour they had us on our way home so I could hug my babies! Thank you and I wish the brightest blessings to the crew at Mike's auto repair!! I would highly HIGHLY recommend this shop if you want honest and caring people who are extremely courteous and highly professional!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

To make a long story short, Mike's Auto is awesome. Hey put a new engine in my Jeep and it runs perfectly. After breaking down in Meridian, Mike's was there to help us. They kept us updated on what was happening, and the ETA of when we would get our Jeep back. Yesterday, we were able to bring it home to TN. No problems, and she drove like new. Thank you Mike's Auto :)

Everyone here is very friendly and nice. Called on phone, they were gracious enough to answer all my questions. Took several vehicles here. My parents always used them and now I use them. I won't go anywhere else unless they can't take care of it. Very awesome people

Staff was awesome! Professional, answered all of my questions, set my mind at ease. Prices were within a reasonable range. And They returned my car very quickly, I will be using them for any more issues.

Was gonna charge $900 to replace the compressor on my gf daughter's car. Did it myself and it only took 2 hours out and in. Part was not that bad either. Saved a total of $700.

I was passing thru and my van broke down. It would not start. Mike came and got my van, towed it to his shop, assessed the problem, quoted me a price and got busy. He had me out of there the same day. Since I was stuck in the shop for most of the day I got to see how this team works. They have some brilliant mechanics! No one likes to spend money on a mechanic, but I did feel like they solved the problem and I would be safely along on my way. I was very satisfied.

Couldn't ask for better service, price and value. Broke down on I-20 and they diagnosed my bad water pump, replaced it and the belt all by lunch on a Monday morning. Total was >$450 which was much more affordable than expected on a Dodge with a Cummins. Wish I lived closer and they'd do all my repairs. 10 stars

I've been to Mike's twice now and had a positive experience both times. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told the (first) problem was not what I originally thought and was quoted a much cheaper price than expected. I did have to leave my truck over night because they had to order parts, but that was expected. Overall good experience. I'll be using this shop again if/when my truck breaks again.

Took my truck in because it was displaying error code "driver door open" continuously. First they replaced a door switch for $250. This did not resolve the issue so he told me another module was bad which he replaced and not only did this not resolve my issue but my truck would not even crank anymore. They charged me another $250 for this. I then had to have it transported to the Ford dealer to be repaired and the problem turned out to be a simple broken wire in the door harness - a $50 fix .Beware !

I took my car to have the a/c looked at and called Mike that morning and he gave me a quote of $536.00 He told me i needed a compressor. I said OK. I got off of work, stopped by to leave my car but when I got there, the lady at the window told me $800.00Now how did the price go from 536 to 800?? Well needless to say, I took my car with me and told everyone I know, do not do any business there. Rip off!!!

Took our truck here to have the driver inside door handle looked at. Told us it would be $45 to look at it. Next thing we know the order the part without asking is. Now we had to paid $310 for a damn door handle plus the 2 hr wait. Wont be going back to that place. Wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

Took timing chain cover off my expedition. Claiming it didn't have but 4 screws in it. LIE! Did not replace cover. Had it pulled back home. Opened hood and cover was just laying down, and bolts was on battery. Lost some bolts in Transport. Would not refund my $45 back. Bad place to do business.

This is the my goto mechanic shop without any hesitation. Pricing seems reasonable but most importantly is that they are competent. Absolute geniuses when it comes to vehicles. I can't see myself easily trusting another shop over them.

Had vehicle for 2 weeks. They couldn t even find out what the problem was until yesterday and now they are charging 800$ for a fuel pump. Never do business here

Went in for a engine oil change, the next morning checked the dipstick and oil level was too high, way past the recommended oil level.

Took my vehicle here.. And it seemed a little shady to me with the price of what it would cost to repair (overpriced)... So I followed my 1st mind and got my vehicle and left..

We took our vehicle in they told us it was the drive shaft then told us we actually didnt need a drive shaft, they took over 700 dollars from us fixed a few minor things and now our car is not safe to drive because we needed a drive shaft, he screwed us big time and then refused to call us back, kept our car for over a month, this was the only money we had to fix it so after he decided he couldnt fix it he called us to pick it up but said its not safe to drive, this is not how you treat people!!

Went for tune up of vehicle and had it for weeks and job still wasn't complete removed vehicle with job still undone. A negative rating if possible...

Very helpful and kind. Checked an engine light for me at the holiday weekend while traveling through town on the interstate.
