Beware! My 23 year old daughter went in there with a VW Bug and they tried to hit her with a $5800 bill. That s half of what the car is worth. It s my opinion they saw a young girl and were absolutely gonna try and tattoo her. BEWARE!!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Called a week ahead to schedule my appointment and was able to get the day I needed without any issues. Service was quick for the work being done and wound up being a little cheaper than quoted. Will definitely be back for any future needs.

Trusting imports can be funny. (warranties, services, etc.). My folks vouched and Import Tech backed it up. Fast, courteous, fair.

Fantastic service. I was passing through and had a thoroughly peculiar and concerning issue crop up with my Subaru. They were able to see me right away and spent at least 30 (maybe more) extremely thorough minutes trying to solve the mystery. Three other mechanics (before them) couldnt sort this head scratcher and while the mystery remains unsolved I definitely felt better that they had very generously exhausted every possible avenue to solve said mystery.

I was Traveling from Dallas to Atlanta when the main serpentine Belt broke on my Mercedes S550. I googled and the nearest dealer was 100 miles away. I saw the positive reviews and decided to have my car towed to Import Tech. When the truck arrived the driver said he new Terry and they did good work. Terry had just opened and had a parking lot full of cars but he did not hesitate to help me. Attached to the shop is an auto part shop they own and within an hour they had the belt and pulley replaced and I was back on the road. Prices were reasonable and Terry took extra times to ensure every thing was done correctly and just didn't slap on belt. He literally cleaned every pulley by hand to remove any old debris. While he worked on my car we traded stories on BBQ sounds like he can also Grill his A$$ of. Looking forward to stopping thru his next event and trying some. My husband took his 2017 Touareg Wolfsburg edition for a headlight replacement and fuse repair for the driving screen. Fantastic service at an affordable rate. We were traveling to Florida last year at this time. The air suspension when out on our Mercedes. They got the parts in and we were on the road the next day. I have taken my car a few times to Import Tech, but I was having an issue with my turn signals not working. I took my car to the dealer and when I picked it up after being fixed, my signals worked for about 4 miles. I ended up taking it to Terry and he told me exactly what it was and fixed the problem, I have had no other issues with my turn signals, and that has been about 4 years ago.Another time, I was in Kentucky and my alternator went out. I called Terry and he told me which alternator I needed for my car, how much it cost and he even offered to come and pick it up. Great service.

Professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. Our experience could not have been better. Traveling through Meridian when a malfunction occurred with our Mercedes Benz Sprinter van. Traveling through Meridian my Jeep Compass broke down. Being from out of state, I had it towed here, after calling them to see if they could get to it in a reasonable amount of time.It's towed there, the owner, manager tells me know they don't have the right computer or software to read Jeeps computers. Why did they tell me to have it towed there for me to lose more time & money, to have to then get it elsewhere.After them wasting my time and money, I am actually happy they didn't work on my SUV. I've heard nothing but negative things about Import Tech, Shiesty people & shoddy work. Bigger catastrophe likely averted,

Passing thru Meridian from Texas when I had an issue with my GTI and had to get towed in. They took me straight in and took the time to try and make my car right. The car issue mysteriously resolved on its own, and despite spending over two hours on it, he refused to charge me. Very professional and courteous down-to-earth folks working here, and I recommend it to anyone that's in Meridian who needs work done on their VW, Audi, Mercedes, BMW, etc.

I was driving my VW Passat, moving from Houston, back home to PA. Unfortunately, my car overheated close to Meridian, MS on a Saturday. I initially went to Sears Automotive, who told me it was a blown head gasket. I was incredibly angered because I knew that would be a multi thousand dollar repair. Thank God, the guys at Sears said they could not do the work, but they recommended Import Tech. While Import Tech is not open on the weekend, it was definitely worth the wait. I discussed the symptoms and problems, saying that I thought that I needed the head gasket replaced. I spoke with the owner, Terry, about these issues. We looked at the car together & he told me it was the oil cooler, not the head gasket. Well, he was right. You hear a lot of bad stories about mechanics ripping people off. Not this place. If they replaced the gasket, we're talking well over $2000, & I wouldn't have known any better. They took care of my car for under $700. They fixed the problem, and didn't overfix it. My car runs great now, they showed me everything they did, they drove me to my hotel, I couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend these guys, couldn't be happier.

Decent prices . Timing to work on cars seems good as well. Vehicle was fixed & I got home safely, & no reoccurrence of the same problem. I'd recommend
