I took off work to have my hub assembly replaced and oil changed to go out of town for my sister's birthday party and I got a call around 4:00 o'clock to be told they had changed the oil and filter but it would be Monday before they would change out the hub assembly because it was hot and he was letting his employees off early. I ended up going to the parts house and buying a hub assembly and fixing it myself. 45 minutes I was finished with it. Very disappointed customer!!

I beat the crowd and was first in line. They had my car lifted quickly and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. The lobby has an open, comfortable feeling and even has a comfortable recliner. They gave me a nice ink pen with the name of a tire company! The bathroom is clean. I would have given them 5 stars if they remembered to put enough air in my tire after removing the nail and patching it.

We were traveling through Meridian and still had many hours to drive when our brakes needed to be fixed. The mechanic diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. We were back on the road in a little over an hour. Great work, friendly people, and great service. Very nice place to sit while waiting, also.

The owner was a very kind man with Southern Hospitality. Got into a jam on a road trip with a horse trailer and needed someone to change our tire out for our spare, and since we did not have the tools we brought it here and they saved the day! Now if only I lived closer so he can help with all my tire needs! Highly recommended!

I ran over some sticks while in the area, just traveling through. It started grinding something awful. Couldn't reach it but when I came here they pulled it right out for me. I know it was simple but I couldn't reach it and they were able to pull it right out and the grinding noise stopped. Thank you very much for helping me with a simple issue that I was nit equipped to handle myself.

Traveling through Mississippi and our motorcycle trailer had a blow out. Found Ed Chaney's Tire shop and he took really good care of us. He also fixed my trailer lights that had the wires broken from the loose tire flying off. Also, his technician found where the trailer had been rubbing against the tire and he was able to get that fixed as well.His great service and talking motorcycles with Ed and it made me almost want to move to Meridian.Thanks again Ed for getting us back on the road quickly at a great price.

I was traveling from North Carolina to Texas and cracked a rim on my car. Not only did they recommend a shop that could repair the rim, they took very, very, good care of me. What a great shop! I had always passed through Meridian, now I can say I have a reason to stop and stay awhile. May God bless this shop.

Last week while driving through on I-59 some road debris damaged a tire and I was able to limp into Ed Chaney's. His professional team replaced a tire and had me on the way such that I was delayed less than 2 hours on my trip despite them having steady customer traffic at lunch hour. Thanks for your help. Highly recommend Ed Chaney Tire Pros!

I went there with a brand new set of powder coated wheel and new tires. They were extremely professional and knowledgable. Their technician treated the wheels like new born babies. They did a great job, not a single scratch on any of the wheels. Kaleb is a great guy and genuinely cares about his work. Walter did the mounting and he took his time and did the job correctly. Another technician even hopped in and started to get them balanced after he was done with his previous project. Very friendly staff and great service with fair prices. A+ shop

I had 4 tires and wheels put on my Challenger. The staff was remarkably knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Kaleb helped me through the process from start to finish offering honest and sound advise. Walter worked with the highest level of care and attention to detail one could expect. It was very apparent that Kaleb, Walter, and the crew at Ed Chaney Tire genuinely cared about the work they performed and even stayed past closing time to finish my car to fit my schedule. Thank you! My husband and I had a blowout on an RV tire about 30 minutes west of this business. We put on the spare and then contacted the tire center on our way into Meridian. They had a tire that would serve our needs so that we d have a new tire on the RV with the spare back in reserve. Upon arriving, Bobby got the tire and had one of the guys to take off the spare and installed the new tire. We were back on the road in a short amount of time. The business is clean, and the employees are efficient, courteous, and professional. We were very pleased!!

We were traveling out to Philadelphia, MS and got two flat tires from nails. We walked in off the street and within 30 minutes we had two patched tires for a very reasonable price. Everyone was very professional and friendly, it was a great experience!

I like to travel and I'm currently driving from Atlanta back home to Phoenix, AZ. GA has a lot of potholes. One pothole in particular was aggressive and bent my rim. As a result, the pressure in my tire kept deflating and I wasn't confident that I'd make it home. After reading reviews I decided to stop and see what could be done, if anything. The staff was incredibly quick and had my car on the lift within minutes to check out my rim. They were able to repair it at a more than reasonable price. As an out of towner I always expect to get cheated and bamboozled and Ed Chaneys was the exact opposite. 5 out of 5 stars for service and kindness!

I needed 4 tires balanced and 1 tire to be dismounted and remounted. The work was quick and the mechanic was helpful. Customer service could have been better. The receptionist was unhelpful and the manager standoffish.

Extremely friendly people great customer service great service they provide they get you in and get you out as fast as they can and all depends on how many cars they have to do before they can get to yours they are very good at their jobs and they exceed in all the different areas

I got a front end alignment & they did a great job. Very friendly staff & clean area to wait while car was being worked on. In waiting area snack machine, drink machine & coffee & TV. Great place I will use them again.

This is the only tire shop I ever recommend. The workers are among the nicest of any business in the area, the pricing is always fair, and the service is quick and outstanding. I never even consider another place for my tires anymore and I suspect most of their customers are the same way.

Swung in on my way to Missouri because my tires were low. Before I knew it, they were airing up the tires and I was on my way home! Very professional and prompt service.

Pulled in to get a flat fixed on a trailer on the way down to help with cleanup after the hurricane. They said they would be 2 to 3 hours before they could help us. Didn't have anyone available..

I was in town on a Friday and these folks were awesome. I'm always in town visiting family and this team was top notch and I doubt it was because I am from out of town because everyone I saw walk in was happy with the service!

I had bought two Michelin LTX MS2 tires from a place called OK Tire Store in Tuscaloosa AL. These were installed on a 2012 3500HD dually GMC Sierra front end. The store seemed ok but they seem to be in a hurry. I had to tell them not to use the impact to put the plastic center caps back on and asked them to be careful of the alloy rims even when they balanced them. After leaving there the truck seemed to drive fine but half way back to Meridian, MS on I-20 I noticed the steering wheel shaking the same way as if you apply the brakes with warped rooters. Now this truck only has 44,000 miles on it and was not doing this until the new tires were installed. So I reviewed online what others had to say and many stated to find a tire center that had a Hunter Road Force Balancer. So I called around Meridian and found Ed Chaney Tire Center Inc. They said they could help me out. When I showed up I met Kaleb. He said they would either get them to balance correctly or if a tire is bad replace it. I felt like good once I leave this place I will be back to normal. Well Walter started with the left side Driver and first checked how far it was out the way it was installed. It had 44 lbs of road force and the weights were off as well balance. So Walter was able to get it fixed only after rotating the tire on the rim and rebalancing it. He was able to get it from 44 to 14 and less weight as well. The right side passenger side was not bad it was at 12 lbs of road force but the weight was incorrect as well. He just rebalanced it. I have since drove about 75 + miles and the truck is driving as new again. Overall I was pleased on the service from Kaleb and the care of my truck from Walter. Walter treated my truck as if it was his own. I would recommend Ed Chaney Tire Center Inc for those that want more of that one on one and the respect that you deserve. Once again Thank you to Kaleb and to Walter for your professionalism.

I was 3000 miles away from home .I had some special issues with my old tires and they solve them extremely well .I would recommend them to anybody .The staff was very knowledgeable and professional .

Corrected tire pressures. Which Discount tire down the road had too low for towing. Nice small town friendly place.
