Just want to thank Big Rig Repair for fixing my rear end in a timely matter and not costing me an arm and leg. I also would like to thank the owner for taking time explaining everything about what caused the failure. He also gave me an estimate and time frame of when my truck would be completed. Thanks for being honest and keeping your word, that means a lot!! My Blue Peterbilt is happy and back on the road. I highly recommend these guys.

The Driver responded to my call very quickly and got my truck towed less than 1 hour after my road distressed call. He has done an excellent job with a smiling face. Please keep it up.Thank youA Sumani

Got locked out of our truck in Livingston, AL. These guys showed up in less than an hour to unlock us and save our butts. The two gentlemen who got our door unlocked on our semi we're super nice and chill. 5 stars all day! Thank you!!

My Truck Broke down at Pilot Called Big rig repair and Shanon and his guys Showed up and tried to fix it there but it was electrical issue So he got me towed to the shop and Donald traced every wire that run in the truck and found the One causing the shortage. Great group of guys Very friendly and Shanon the boss man knows a lot about trucks and charges a reasonable priceIf you are an Owner Operator Or if your truck brakes down In the area Give Big rig repair a Call.

Driver arrived to adjust the clutch. Mechanic goes under the truck for less then 5 min and tells driver we need a new clutch. Driver arrived in Dallas. Another mechanic looks at it and or clutch was good all it needed was to be adjusted. Charged $38.00 to give us false information. If didn't tell the driver to come to Dallas he would replace good clutch.

I went in to have my brakes fixed and the the mechanic was so knowledgable, that he had me out of there in about 6 minutes ; tops. I was very impressed and will return to them, definitely, with any of my future repair needs.

One of our trucks broke down in this area. They fixed our turbo. They did an excellent job! Unfortunately the turbo was defective but they honored the warranty! They are very honest unlike other shops that never honor turbo warranties. They also have very reasonable prices! We are very thankful Lisa helped us!

Stopped my tractor from derailing and got my air conditioning working...most importantly he went through everything in detail so I could understand what was going on .. Lost air pressure late on a Friday afternoon call to Big Rig repair was answered by a friendly and knowledgeable guy who sent a tech out within the hour, knowledgeable tech quickly found my air dryer was bad and to my surprise found a new part even though it was after hours, he returned and installed the new air dryer at a fair price, highly recommend

One of our trucks broke down at the TA truckstop.It was raining very hard and John worked very hard to get us going.Thanks Shannon for excepting our call for help and making sure we were taken care of.Very Professional, Very prompt, Very fair on the charges.Will definitely call Big Rig for any problems we may have in the area.

Air compressor went out, had towed to shop. Spent 6 days replacing and repairing. Found out they didn't replace the compressor but did replace the top of it so looked new. Didn't change any of the hoses, which were full of gunk, oil and coolant from last failure. 2 weeks later same thing, compressor just went out. They never addressed the original problem that took out the compressor to begin with.

Fantastic service ! These folks took care of towing , parts , maintenance and even driver transportation to and from hotel while repairing truck ( blown turbo ) couldn't ask for nicer johnny on the spot full service repair shop ! Would recommend them all day long ! By the way I've been in business for years and the prices are fair as they come .

I called this guys truck wouldn't start , truck was on the shoulder of the of I 20. they came out and said ECM was out. we agreed that had to be towed because they couldn't get one until Monday. they called on Monday saying ECM was ok it just needed to be flashed and that there were some broken cables on the battery that need to be fixed when truck got back to terminal truck was inspected and the only thing we found different in the truck was a new fuse to the wires that go to the ECM.. so they go me for almost $1800 for a fuse..

Really bad prices they will lie on what wrong with truck just to get you. They will want to tow your truck for a simple fix because they got a tow truck. Stay away from them.
