Auto Zone on 39 in meridian is the best. I'd give 10 stars if Google would allow. Had some questions about my battery and Richard H and Jacob was very attentive, knowledgeable and gave me the peace of mind I was needing. 2 thumbs up

Van broke down and Matthew was incredibly kind and helpful to come read codes. Once it was determined she was broke down, him and the manager allowed it to stay over night. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about Bobby and Richard at this location. My niece somehow got stuck in her seatbelt on our 11 hour road trip and we were only 3 hours in! (It was wrapped around her and she couldn't budge). They both jumped right in and helped us get the seatbelt unbolted and get her unrestricted. The kindness and patience of these two are like nothing you see anymore. They were so sweet to her keeping her calm and didn't stop until she was out! I really hope these two are recognized for this random issue we had but they jumped right in. You have two gems at that store. Thank you for being there for us in a time of need. I didn't know what we were going to do!! Lol But they saved the day.

Bobby was so incredibly helpful to me and my family as we were traveling home from a trip to TN. Actually, everyone in the store on Saturday, Aug. 6th was super helpful. Thank you all for being great community helpers and expert folks in regard to auto care. I've also completed the Customer Service survey for my great experience, too. Best to all of you.

They have changed staff and it shows. When you come in your greeted by staff and asked if they can help. They provide no pressure to buy anything extra, they do make suggestions for additional items that will help you with your endeavor. Clean store and friendly staff. If you're in Meridian MS give the AutoZone on Hwy 39 a visit, you'll have a metric to judge other stores by.

We just had the most pleasant experience. Mr Bobby at this location went above and beyond to help us. We were broke down, pulling a trailer. We are back and the road and thankful!

Always excellent service here. I'm always amazed when the women are on point with knowledge. I actually learned something from Mrs. Moore (no relation) during that visit. Be sure to ask for her during your visit. She seems to like her job.

Great service. We were traveling from Ohio to Bay St. Lious, MS and had car issues. My husband was able to fix the problem, but we didn't have tools. They were so helpful and provided what tools they had. The store manager came out and checked on us.Great service and friendly staff.Thank you

My car threw some lights and on a cross-country road trip and I needed someone with a code scanner. Antarrion did a great job making sure my car was all good to go for the rest of the trip. Thanks guys!

Great prices good quality part and very helpful staff..I like it they come out look at your car for free they even put a headlight in and windshields wiper on for free for me..I'm faithly there customer and will remain that way...I say hellvyeah go to autozone for all your parts and needs

People are helpful but most auto zones have someone who can put in a battery or change windshield wipers, etc. However, this one doesn't usually have anyone who can do it.

Little upset. I asked for a oil filter to my car and the guy got me the wrong one and I had to make a second trip. Hate that, I asked for help so that very thing would not happen. On the other hand the people were in e and I know the guy didn't do it on purpose.

If you need it you can get it there I never have a problem trying to find anything that I need and the folks at work they're great they're knowledgeable and they always can find what I'm trying to find
