The gentleman help me order my parts for my car. They were helpful when they came in. He also put them into the car for me.

My husband sent me to pick something up for him. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I read off what my husband needed and within a few minutes the man had it sitting on the counter. Did I mention fast service.

For the town the size of meridian Mississippi you would think there would be more professionalism courtesy and drive I've been in many advanced Auto parts in my opinion this one could use a new manager there is just so much to complain about this store but it all goes back to training and as I see it the management is training. I guess I'm just used to more friendly stores. The sales people there were okay but there was a complete lack of enthusiasm at least in my opinion. This is a small store which requires extra training so that sales people understand what and how to do what needs to be done to keep customers interested.

Tried to tell the cashier that the item in front of the counter was blocking my ability to read the credit card screen can and does cause people with disabilities problems and pain. He answer was "everyone complains about something"

I've been here multiple times throughout the past four years. They have always been helpful. The last time I was in, I was intending to exchange a "dead" battery and purchase a new one. The gentleman behind the counter reminded me that I had an Autozone battery and that it might still be under warranty. I took it across the street to Autozone, and sure enough, I was covered. Advanced saved me $100 because of that. Thank you Advanced Auto Parts. I know that you care more about customer service than just selling parts. It only encourages me to continue to patronize your business.

Excellent service,tho itrm was on my side of counter,the clerk was nice enough to come around and show me the choice of bulbs for my headlights

CS mediocra. Didn't seem like he wanted to help me much. I have BMW and was looking for wipers he told me they didnt carry any for my car. Which they did cuz i looked them up online. Wont go back to that location.
