Wow!! Service; Exemplary!Professionalism; Exemplary!This group people are what Service looks like! The one star reviews are probably those customers who are "always right". I know from experience this is not always true! I know for a fact, if you want glass done right? Go to A&A Glass!

Just passing through when my windshield was broken. Found this place on google maps. They appeared to be a good group of conscientious folks that worked hard at getting you in and out. After they replaced the windshield I got back on the road but when I got on the highway, I heard a roaring wind noise coming from the lower passenger side. I pulled over and realized it was not sitting tight against the frame. I returned to A&A and explained the situation where the noise was coming from. The technician told me it was probably because the tape came off of the upper corner on the drivers side. I explained it was definitely from the lower right corner so he went back out came in in a few minutes and said you re ready to go. Once again I got on the road and the wind noise started back up as soon as I got on the highway I didn t have time to go back a third time so I called and they informed me they couldn t help me unless I could come back to town. Bad customer service and bad policies. If that indeed is the policy I tried to give them a chance to make it right before I posted this.

I called A&A the Tuesday after Memorial Day & that same day, they came out to our home & repaired a crack in our windshield that had occurred during the holiday weekend! I could not have asked for a more prompt, professional, friendly, & fantastic service! Highly recommend this crew for any of your glass needs!

Busted my windshield on a Thursday afternoon. Called them about 3:30 right before they closed. Said they d have a windshield for me the next morning. Took my Honda in Friday morning at 8 and they were finished by 9:30. They even called my insurance company and handled the claim for me. They also recalibrated everything so I didn t have to take it to the Honda dealership afterwards. Not to mention they were extremely friendly. Superb service. Highly recommend!

Top notch work and service!!! The best place to go for your window repairs. These men all have great attitudes and are very helpful. They explain everything and answer any and all questions for you! You don't find all around great service like this anymore. Not to mention they get you in and out and are mindful of your time! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SUCH GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH YOU ALL!

Love the new location on 22nd Ave. Friendly- honest- reliable. Second time I've used them for windshield repair and am very satisfied with the quality of their work. Best place in Meridian for windshield repair/replacement.

Just gave them a call told them what I needed. The checked the availability of the window glass I needed because I have an older model car they had to order it in. I called the next morning and my glass was in and I dropped my car off to have the drivers door window replaced it was done in an hours time. Courteous professional service.

I'm going to make this sweet and simple! If you need a new windshield or just need a repair on the one you have.... This is the place to come Great staff they go above and beyond. And the prices are the best in the two states from what I've seen. I've referred 2 friends already and they had great experiences also

In and out. I had a rock peck my windshield on a brand new vehicle, took the truck in and you could barely tell it ever happened in under 20 minutes.

Just Incase you were going to go by the most recent review, you should know that the same guy had almost the same exact review for another tint shop. At some point you have to think maybe that person is just hard to please.Do your research before trusting the word of one reviewer!

Awful experience!! They were very disrespectful and rude! They did not deliver on what was told over to me over the phone! Spent my entire morning in their waiting room! Sat there for 2.5 hrs! Then they proceeded to tell me to come back in afternoon! It was 11:30 am and was told to come back at 1 bc they were going to lunch! I had been there since 9am!!!! Very inconsiderate of my schedule! Guess they thought or didn t care that maybe I had a job too or had things I had to do in afternoon!! They got attitude with me when I voiced my displeasure about being lied to and the inconvenience of waiting for 2.5 hrs but yet wanting me to come back in afternoon to to wait for who knows how long!! They then told me to take my keys and NOT COME BACK!! THEY REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB!! Some of worst customer service I have witnessed!! Not the cheapest place in town either!! Wouldn t waste my money or my day, bc they will take up all your day, and if you voice any displeasure, they will refuse to finish job!!

A&A did a great job replacing g my windshield. Immediately proved it didn't leak by driving thru a severe thunderstorm on my way home. They even took my subdivision entry sticker off the old windshield and put it on the new one
