Just bought my new car from there! Wonderful sales people, and an awesome service department. Also the guy who detailed my new ride done an awesome job! The car was super clean. The dealership was clean and they offer coffee and snack while waiting. Author was my salesman I highly recommend him!

The people at Rainbow are simply the best. They answered any questions I had and made the purchasing process quite easy. Ricky in sales and Tyler in finance were great to work with throughout the entire process. The crew had the vehicle gassed up and fully detailed when I took possession of it. Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and welcoming. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

From Speaking to the receptionist to The Service writer.Everyone is there to work and offer the utmost in customer service. Service manager know just how to handle the issues the customer is dealing with, And focuses on satisfaction.If there were six stars I'd give it to this awesome Team

I have been dealing with this service department for close to six years. Every time my vehicle is serviced in Mccomb I get A ONE service from all the techs. Stacy is the friendliest person I ever meet. I usually take my vehicle early morning and it never fails. That early morning greeting and smile Stacy gives always make my day. I just want to say thanks for being a great service department.

Rainbow has the greatest group of sales staff. Ivy Pittman is very understanding and the easiest person to talk to. His personality and knowledge is very impressive. He helped put us in a vehicle that was within our budget and accommodating for our needs. If you're in the market for a new vehicle don't pass Rainbow without giving Ivy Pittman a chance to help you get the best deal possible.

I got a 2005 Chrysler 300, so basically it is almost 20 years old, but it still runs great. The problem with having an old car is that some dealerships don't even have the right computer to diagnose it and work on it which means that they are not interested to work on older cars. But Rainbow Chrysler Dodge Jeep is the exception. They have the right equipment and they are happy to work on your old car. They did an outstanding job on my car since I had to replace the whole rear end. Thank you very much!

I have set foot on plenty of car lots, but if you re still looking, STOP! Call DaeJa or Otis and they ll find what you re looking for (or find something FOR YOU!).They had no issue with giving simple to understand, transparent answers the first time when answering any questions.They also treated us like people who were truly there to make an investment, and not just more customers making a purchase. Together this entire team worked as a power house. Not a single soul worked seemed to work against each other and I don t see that often at dealerships.If you re like us, and you re walking away from a sour deal or a sour dealership, please visit Rainbow CDJR. I promise it ll be worth your time.Not only did we walk away with a deal we were happy with, we are confident in our purchase and our dealership.We d also like to thank Tyler in finance for speedy service! Do not go here. Was told 164 for a diagnostic test. Ended up paying 200 just for that. They Wanted 1,000 for a simple fix. Went to another DEALERSHIP and got it fixed for 300.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!! Staff is very Unprofessional and slow. When you bring your car here they are going to recommend as many unnecessary repairs as they can to jack your bill up. Also expect oil all over your car after every oil change.

First, let me say my rating is not based upon my salesman Mr. Pittman, he was very nice however as he was taking care of my file this black girl gets up from her desk and walks over and disrupts my meeting with Mr. Pittman whilst Im giving very fragile information and contunued to be disreputive until I said excuse me. Then she goes sit bk at her desk with her phone in my face and the sales manager is ok with it and had sn attitude about it. So never again!!!!! The buff guy. There also was a man in there complaining about how bad his truck was running. It seemed as if there was no resolve.

Easily the best service we have ever received at a car dealership! Our engine thermostat died during a 1,000 mile move across the country. We were able to limp the car over to Rainbow (engine smoking the whole way). Despite having several cars already in the shop, when we explained our situation, they fit us in nearly immediately. While we waited, employees brought us ice water, sweet tea, a bowl of water for our dog, and even offered a ride anywhere we needed to go in town. We were invited into the A.C. and out of the July heat of the South. Every employee was exceptionally nice and helpful. Our car was professionally fixed and ready to go in a matter of hours! The manager even knocked some expense off our original quote when it came time to pay, saying he wanted to "help us out". We cannot say enough good things about our experience at Rainbow. Thank you to each and every one of the staff members who helped us in our time of need!

I worked here. The 2 service advisors will get you out of literally every penny they can because they get commission off of it. There s a good service manager, fantastic sales crew, and good technicians. Don t recommend going there to get your vehicle worked on or to get an oil change unless you have warranty or lots of money. Not to mention the way they fire their employees with no reason given or warnings. Saw it happen to 4+ other employees including myself.

Stop by for 2 minutes job to set screen on dash. Want to write work order and me leave truck. By the way truck was purchased from them. No customer service bays had no auto in them. I agree with post below last option. And by way was planning to trade this 2022 by end of year.

UPDATED REVIEW: Wouldn't go back there if it was THE LAST PLACE ON EARTH after dealing with the service department recently.ORIGINAL 5 STAR REVIEW: Awesome experience with Rainbow again! Bought my new car there several years ago and just bought a used car for my son. Both times things went smoothly. Big thanks to Ivy Pittman on getting us into the car for my son so quickly! He was so quick to get back to us throughout the whole process and made things so easy!

We did most of our dealings with Rainbow over the phone and had a great experience. We drove from Monroe, LA to do business b/c the service and price were top of the line. They were very understanding of what we wanted and needed and worked very hard to make sure we were very satisfied with everything before we drove over. The paperwork was quick and easy. We were in and out with our new purchase within 20 minutes. The whole team did a fantastic job.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Mr. Ivy Pittman and his sales managers and finance managers were very accomodating and gave us a great deal on my Charger. Even after I changed my mind at the last minute and chose a different Charger, they continued to be kind and accomodating. The owner is there putting in the hours along with the rest of the team as well! He came out and spoke with us, and made sure that we got the car we wanted at an unbeatable price.After such a great experience, my husband decided to purchase a vehicle from Rainbow as well. And again, Ivy and the rest of the team took very good care of us.I recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle!
