KIA of McComb has the best team and the best service I have experienced in a long time from a car Dealership. Everyone made me feel like they were rolling out the Red Carpet just for me. They cared enough to remember my name and made sure I had everything I needed while my car was being serviced. I received excellent service and I will recommend this Dealership to my friends and my family already knows how great the team and service is. Thanks to everyone for your kindness and professionalism.

My visit was really upsetting I was told one price on the phone but we I got there to get my car it was a hole new price I have been doing business with kia for a lot of years but this time was very disappointing it made me feel like a fool

I took my new vehicle for a complimentary oil change. They made me feel like family offering snacks and drinks as well as giving frequent updates on the status of my service. They even went the extra mile and cleaned my windshield and vacuumed my car!!!

They were very polite, with great customer service, answered the phone when I called, and gave me updates that I could track on my phone. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get there but I will never go to Kia in Flowood Mississippi awful customer, did not answer phone, did not enter my ticket in their system and never got my car worked on at all.

Omg, never really wanted a Kia! But I could not be happier I bought my K5! And even the smallest, things are a priority to the place. I absolutely love Kia!

They will take care of you here with good service. I like their updates as they're working on your vehicle. We had two sensors replaced. Not a bad price.

The experience with Kia of McComb was great. I am only mentioning this because I want them to know where to improve. After they did an excellent job on the oil change, they forgot to reset the oil life.

Bingo! GO! I BOUGHT MY NEW CAR HERE !!! free shopping shuttle while you wait ! Coffee and snacks, wonderful people . Ask for Thelma . AND service mam said too soon needed nothing done plus when I do standard basic regular is free first 2 oil changes .

Amazing service department. From their scheduling process to the actual service I have nothing but praise. I went in for a recall on my Kia and it took no time. The service advisors were very accommodating and friendly. Upon returning to my car I noticed the floors were vacuumed out. Had no idea they did that. Maybe they just so happen to noticed how messy my driver side floor was, nonetheless, I appreciate that! The staff overall at this dealership was awesome. Highly recommend.

Buying a car from this dealership was a dream. Friendly and very helpful. However do not ever need service in an emergency. Mine won't start and I have to wait 4 days just for it to be evaluated for the problem. Then if they don't have the part it would be another three to four days before the car is fixed. They offered no other option than that. I asked about a loaner car and they said they don't do that but maybe I could go and rent one. I have to wait because someone else has an engine light on all the while I am without a car and will probably lose my job. Good luck with the service department for this dealership.

I recently bought the new Kia Carnival and I'm very happy with it. I was also very impressed with all the staff. KIA has really upped their game.

I felt welcomed the time I walked through the door. The staff was everything they offered me snacks and a ride if I wanted to go anywhere for the time that my Telluride was being serviced. I have never been to a friendlier dealership. The wait was quicker than I anticipated.

KIA in McComb is a great dealership. The service doesn t stop after the sale. You get awesome customer service for all your needs. Their service department is A plus. They give you service as if you are the only one needing attention!! I recommend them to my family and friends. I love my KIA TELLURIDE.

Cindy was absolutely fantastic! Her and Thelma helped me find the car for the perfect price for my budget. If you re young and trying to find a note that is affordable I highly recommend Cindy. She shows she cares about the customer, and that s hard to find a sales person.

Thelma was AMAZING! She had our best interest in sight and never wavered. She got me into an unbelievable vehicle with equally unbelievable pricing! Kristopher Wallace was a delight to work with. As a salesman he was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. He didn t pressure us but helped us make the right decision. We had a very good experience at the dealership and love our new car. This was our 3rd Kia and they are great cars.

I really enjoyed working with Mrs. Thelma Brown. She has been very helpful to my family and I. If anyone needs to speak with someone about a vehicle I will recommend Kia but most definitely I ll recommend Mrs. Thelma Brown. She did an awesome job.

Exceptional car buying experience. I walked in the door and was greeted with kindness and snacks, including coffee for me and hot chocolate for the kids. They made sure my car buying experience was simple and affordable no matter what they had to do to get it that way. I never knew car buying could be so pleasant. I highly recommend.

My sales representative was Cindy McMinn. Her knowledge of the two cars I had chosen was amazing. There was no hype or pressure, just more knowledge to make the decision for a major purchase. From the lot to signing papers on my 2018 Kia Stinger was a great experience. This was my second purchase from Kia of McComb. From sales to service, I've always been pleased.

Andrew Williams was a outstanding salesman. He was very personable and attentive to my needs. He made sure to put in a vehicle that fits me and my personality. I was able to get a brand new Kia Sorento and it was a very smooth process. Andrew made sure to take care of every question that I had and he was very knowledgeable.

I love Kia of McComb. My buying experience was easy and wonderful. I love my Kia Sorento. The service department always goes above and beyond to help me with maintenance and questions. And I absolutely love the cosmetic changes and remodeling they've done to the building. It's so nice to shop with hometown Christian people that I know I can trust.
