My sales representative ,Mr. Curtis, was very curious, friendly, patient, and worked digitally to get us the best deal possible in purchasing our new Ford Expedition which I really love and is enjoying very much. He made sure I understood all the features of my new truck .The purchasing department made sure I understood and explained every form signed. The easiest experience I have ever had while purchasing a new vehicle. Thanks KEITH WHITE FORD!!!

Mr. Curtis is a real professional sales person. He walked us through everything and asked us a lot of questions to be sure we understood everything. He and Keith White Ford made us feel at home and a good deal. I will recommend him and the dealer to every one.

The service advisor came out to my car before they were even open and got all of my information, escorted me inside while offering me coffee and a nice place to sit while I wait. The vehicle was done in no time and I was back on the road. Excellent service And excellent atmosphere.

From start to finish, all individuals we met were very personable & professional! Overall an excellent experience! Our saleswoman, Ms. Taneshia Shaw, went above & beyond to take care of us. She included our children in the experience, too! We felt like extended family. Sales & Finance Management took time to welcome us, discuss options that met our needs, and completed the process in a timely manner. Customer service supreme! 200% Over the top!

Good service. They met me in the parking lot as soon as I pulled in. Neat to do but kinda left me feeling uneasy being as the employee didn t seem to have anything on them showing they worked with Ford so I wasn t sure if I just gave my keys to a con artist lol trust issues. They weren t able to help me with my tire because they didn t have the size I needed in stock but didn t charge me for taking a look at it to see if it could just be patched. They then directed me to a shop near by that did.

The 80 yr old man down there that's been there since he was 18 was the best@!! He took my car in and had my window fixed the same day in about 2.5 hours or less... he rocks

I found the car I wanted through an online site but it was in another state. I kept looking and when Keith White Ford should me the same exact car from year model, trim, and color ,I couldn't believe it and being local was a major plus. Working with Cindy was great! She went above and beyond in helping get me get this car. I'm going in tomorrow to sign my papers and take my 2019 Ford Fusion SEL home.

We found a 15-passenger van for our church s ministry online that Cindy McMinn had listed.It was very evident that she worked in sales at Keith White Ford. A phone call was made and immediately answered. Cindy was available to talk. She answered numerous questions, sent photos, and explained the purchasing process (since it s all done long-distance) very well & thoroughly.Needless to say, we purchased this van.Thank you!Cole Howe

Worst experience ever. Salespeople were pushy and unprofessional. They tried to upsell me on features I didn't need and pressured me into making a decision quickly. The car I ended up buying had several undisclosed issues, and when I tried to address them with the dealership, they were extremely unresponsive and unhelpful.

Very courteous and mindful of my needs. Very professional. I always go there for my maintenance on my vehicles. They don t just work on Fords just so you know. You can take most models in for maintenance. It doesn t have to be a Ford. Thank you to Keith White for the establishment and thank you for all the staff that takes care of my vehicles.

Oil change with a wait time of approximately 1 hour. Staff is friendly and efficient. Changed my oil, oil filter, and checked my tires!! Hasn't disappointed me yet.

I really like coming here because I earn credits towards a free oil change and I get my tires rotated every 3000 miles, but I hate the wait! I was the 7th person in line as soon as they opened on a Saturday morning. I was there 2 hours until they were finished with my car.

Great dealership, easy overall process, helpful staff, great selection.Back story, I was rear ended in a car accident end of August, my vehicle was totaled out so had to get a new vehicle.I logged into CarFax and saw a car I was interested in on the lot with no pictures as it was still pretty new to the lot. I showed up at around 5:30 Pm and Greg showed me to the vehicle and we did a test drive. They worked with in the budget I had provided for monthly payment and down payment and stayed open about a half hour past closing time in order to get the paperwork finished and me into a car that night. I also left with the paperwork needed to bring the vehicle back in for detailing and cleaning and they again worked within my schedule to make it happen. The car is great. I would definitely recommend this lot and the people. The included power train warranty typically an extra cost at most places was the final selling point toward making the whole process smooth.

the worst dealership in the south east. They will not return a call after you make a purchase. The service dept has lied to me twice and I had to go else where to get service on a vehicle that was still in warranty with only 50 miles on it. Law suit coming
