Ya'll, this is the place to go for tires, rides, oil change, parts, and more... But when I went with my nephew to get his mom oil change, I thought that we were going to wait for a which , not know that my son , had to be at work @ 4pm.. we got their at, I think 2:30 or 2:50, we was just talking bout thinks, then they call someone name.. and then bout 10 or 15 minutes they call my nephew I was like, ((DAM)) That was QUIT!!!! I thought like I'm coming here for now on.. they have finished less than bout 30 minutes they was finished..!! GOOD JOB GENE'S, KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB

Gene's Tire has always been very helpful and prompt with their service. As retirees we have problems finding help in McComb quite often but not with Gene's. Nice and polite and efficient.

We had two trailer tires blow out had one spare made it to Gene s. Great service. Everyone was extremely friendly. Would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing service! I was rushing to get to my sick dad and ran over a screw. Despite being busy they got me in and out in 20 minutes! So thankful!

amazing service!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. These guys went above and beyond. These guys came over and pulled my wheel off, fixed the bent rim and repaired the tire and came back out to install the wheel. Did all this in less than an hour. Not to mention my vehicle was in the dealership s parking lot because they couldn t help. Call Gene s Tire First!!! Above average company!!!

My parents always got tires and oil changes from them, so I did the same, and I have never had a bad experience.

Great workers who were so helpful and stayed extra just to help us out! My friend had two flat tires and the guys made sure we were taken care of. Super grateful for Gene s tires!!!

After having my car aligned for to the pulling right, the car was then pulling left slightly. When I took the car back to them, they jumped right on it and offered to swap tires around until the car drove straight. I offered to pay for the extra work but I was told that i had paid for an alignment and it's all part of getting the car to drive straight and they didn't charge me. Great customer service!

Went had my oil change now I have to go put my car on a machine to find out where the oil is going. It wasn't losing oil before I went there. Noticed the RPM don't go to zero now. My car never burned oil before.

Fantastic place!Courteous, professional & quick, even with staff shortage.Appreciated the respect given to female customers.It's one of the few times when I wasn't treated as if I was clueless.Thanks 2 everyone

Very friendly people, helped us out when we were passing thru camping with 4 new tires for our 5th wheel, will definately recommend!!Follow up, had a defect in one of the tires, was coming back from wesson, ms, and stopped by, showed them the tire, they replaced it free of charge and we were on our way home!! So grateful that there are still businesses that stand behind what they sell, I will definitely be back when I need tires, even though I live in Louisiana!!

Genes tire in McComb MS, Charged me $160 for an alignment.. never adjusted a thing truck still pulls too the right. And I marked the threads before hand so I know for a fact nothing was adjusted. Second time I ve been there should ve never come back. First time they put a bad caliper on my truck and only gave me a partial refund. Waste of money and time

In April I got my car fixed there. Something for the wheels to stand up straight so the tires will stop eating all the rubber off the inside of them. Well it's now the end of August and I'm buying tires again because the problem has not stopped. I had paid $438.54 to get this problem fixed...Too much money to be wasted!!!! I know they are not going to do anything about it because it has been 5 months but to remind u I was already buying new back tires every 4-5 months before I paid them to fix it. SO either they fixed something that wasn't supposed to be fixed or didn't do the job at all!!

If you sell Firestone tires you should accept the warranty even though they were bought at a different store

They robbed me!! Women please Take a guy that knows about cars with you! First they lied about the price to get me in the door they said that the brakes and rotors would be altogether 260 I ended up spending 450 and the worst thing about it is they didn t replace my old brakes so they actually robbed me

The employees are nice and they know their tires. They have or can quickly get you anything from inexpensive tires to top of the line brands.

Went in for a front end alignment and was told my tie rods needed replacement, had just been done that morning elsewhere. WILL NOT GO HERE EVER AGAIN!
