I cannot say how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service Emily, Nicole, and Warren provided when my Class C RV broke down on the interstate. A fuel pump issue was quickly diagnosed and fixed at a surprisingly low cost.Their professionalism, courtesy, and friendly attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I will definitely contact them again for any future repair needs.

WOW!!! Five Point Diesel is on point. We had a transmission explode while pulling a loaded 53 foot trailer 50 miles south of McComb Mississippi. We were in a bad spot. After contacting several repair facilities it was obvious to me who would be making the repairs. Rick was their wrecker driver that towed the truck and trailer loaded wit three vehicles back to the shop. He was courteous and professional showed up 10 minutes earlier than he said he d be there. I met with Warren the owner the next morning to get a game plan. Hard parts are extremely hard to procure now days due to the pandemic and the parts we needed weren t available at that time. Fortunately for me I had a fairly recently rebuilt 68rfe transmission in another truck of mine in the Elkhart Indiana area. I asked Warren if I made a hot shot run to pick it up would he be willing to install it. His reply was are you not back yet lol. There was other parts torn up that he/we were able to secure in his geographical area. Folks I m here to tell you I ve had good and bad experiences with repair shops in the past but have never experienced this type service anywhere. If I could rate them 15 on a scale of 1 to 10- I wouldn t hesitate. My hats off to Warren and his entire staff for being such a bright beacon of light in todays dark business world. Five Point Diesel had us back on the road in less than 24 hours after the parts were secured WOW!!!ThanksBobinger Transport LlcChuck Bobinger

Very professional & great work ethic. I own a business and my equipment went down. Warren & his crew worked after hours on a Friday to make sure I was up and running for the weekend as he knows the importance of operating a business. I will say this isn't my 1st time doing business here at Five Point & it surely won't be my last. From the Front office to the back of shop yall have worked hard and earned my business longterm. Thanks guys.

Very nice people, great service. The owner and the techs went out of their way to get us on the road safely...They worked late and very reasonable!!! Highly recommend!! We were traveling thru the area from North Idaho and Warren fit us in on short notice.Blessings to Warren and Nicole!!! Thank you for helping us when we needed it....

Had injectiors done in a 2002 durmax. Along with a another motor swamp out in a 3500 chevy. Both jobs went smooth as possible no surprise in cost. Every thing was done correctly and fair priced. They even washed the truck. Will always use them and refer them. Great people

I had a engine swap done on my duramax. Not only was I lied to several times about the progress made once I went to pick it up was told we didn't build engine or injectors so its yours if something is wrong. (I purchased both sepperatly)Left with one injector not readin and a glow plug code.. Not pleased at all. Will never bring anything there again.(being told his lawyer will be involved over this review)

Went to fuel up our Penske Truck. While fueling ' notice the surrounding location. Perfect for eatery'& shoping like the Larger truck Stops. Very clean restrooms & customer friendly..
