We broke down in Marks, MS on our trip to AZ. Kevin at NAPA was instrumental in gettng us back on the road. He called around and located the parts we needed for repairs on our motorhome. He also found a local mechanic(Ty) to install the parts. We were back on the road in a couple of hours. These guys were amazing. We can't say enough about their outstanding service. They come Highly recommended.Thanks Kevin and Ty, very much appreciated.

I went in to NAPA to pick up a special order and was greeted by a service clerk named Tommie. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions pertaining to my vehicle. After my discussion with him I decided to invest in vehicle repairs.

Was unaware that there's a no refund policy at Napa auto in Marks ,ms.Now I have two batteries that I have noUse for and the gas I bought to learn this,...Will never buy there again...

Great neighborhood part store. Fast and friendly service. If they don't have what you need, they'll do their best to get it in ASAP.

I was very disappointed with the service. NAPA parts are always higher than Auto zone or O'REILLY so I expect the service to be better...it's not. It seemed like I was bothering them.

Was told that a part I ordered was going to be in Tuesday, but the day came around and still nothing. Go in for a refund and get treated very badly. Customer service is NOT their first priority.
