East Gate Tire is a wonderful group of people and really helped me out a great deal! Most recently, I was trying to replace not one, but two of the most stubborn wheel hub bearings on my vehicle; these were seized so badly into the steering knuckles, no amount of sledgehammer, slide hammer, bearing puller pounding, nut/bolt trick, etc. could set free. Once I removed the entire knuckle assemblies, and drove them to their shop, East Gate was able to remove the stubborn hub-bearings via the use of a hydraulic press (one of which took darn near 20 minutes under pressure to finally come un-seized). Definitely would not have been able to perform this work myself, or get the hub-bearings free without their help.East Gate, thank you very much, and I look forward to buying tires from you in the future! :-)

100%, above and beyond expectations on customer service. Just before closing, I broke down a block away, alternator went out. They jump boxed me so I could get the 300 feet to their facility. Asked the gentleman if he wouldn't mind ordering the part tonight so it would be delivered early in the AM, as I am heading home after a 6 month work trip. Instead, they stayed late and repaired my vehicle, after hours, no up charge, so I could immediately get back on the road. This level of service is no longer common, but so much appreciated. Thank you to the team at Eastgate Tire! Not all heros wear capes!

My husband is about to go across the country for work. His truck is old and needed to be thoroughly inspected before taking such a long trip by himself. They were told this and agreed. We picked it up later that day to find we had only been charged about a hundred dollars. I thought this was pretty cheap but didn t question it at the time. The very next day my dad noticed the trucks right tail light and blinker were out. After seeing that he decided to check all the fluid levels and it had almost zero washer fluid left. Coolant was very low as well. Then the next day his truck wouldn t crank! His battery was dead. We charged it a bit and then jumped it off. He drove it to an auto store and they said it was bad (it s 9 years old .) and he needed a replacement. They also only added a quart of oil and did not change it even though it s passed its mileage. We checked the itemized receipt they print when you pay and they added a quart of oil and changed a belt. That s it. Idk if they did more than what was listed but I doubt it. I m just thankful that the truck broke down in our driveway and not half way across the country surrounded by desert and nothing else.

We broke down about 10 miles outside of Marion yesterday, and we were assisted by a wonderful Highway Patrolman, Simmon's Wrecker service, and the fine people at Eastgate Tire & Services. The owner and his wife, along with the servicemen were very hospitable. Mathew himself decided to wait with us until we could be picked up to make sure we were safe. These folks are people of integrity and compassion and we pray that the Lord will bless them for their kindness.

I went here originally to get a flat fixed and I ended up ordering 4 new tires. The lady behind the counter was super nice and helped me out with the tire selection. They fixed my tire while I waited the first time, it took no more than 30 minutes at most. Super professional folks. When I went back to have my new tires I ordered installed it was a super quick and easy process. I will definitely be going back here again for tires and possibly may switch to here for my oil changes on my truck. Great place. Would recommend over any tire shop around, and trust me I ve been to quite a few of them over the years.

I was delivering a set of cabinets from Biloxi to Starkville when my truck starting missing really bad. We pulled over and starting calling a few garages. Matt and the guys at Eastgate were willing to look at us right away. They were very friendly and expained exactly what was wrong with my truck. Josh got us fixed up and back on the road almost right away. I'm very greatful for their service and friendliness.

I have to say all of these good comments are true. Very good people . Plus the owners wife Susan is the sweetest lady I ve ever seen in meridian. She stayed over pass their closing time to wait on me although I was running behind schedule. Very great experience , I approve of this place. May even slash my own tire just to come back in for the friendly visit . 5 thumbs up. Thanks guys . ( also very good prices with the tire deals )

You won't find anywhere with the friendliness and service like Eastgate! Their staff is awesome! If you need to take your vehicle for service and want it done right without a doubt, trust these guys with it!!

I was driving through Meridian on a stormy day and my tire pressure light came on. I saw a chain tire store and they were nice and checked my pressure and yes one tire was low so they added air...but if I wanted the tire checked it would be an hour and a half before they could even look at it. I was traveling alone and had 3 hours to go...it was late afternoon and I know I'll be on a two lane pretty remote highway. I needed to get the tire checked out. Thankfully I found Eastgate Tire...I pulled in, they immediately checked the tire and found a piece of metal - repaired it and I was on the road in less than 20 minutes. They were so nice and helpful. If I lived in Meridian, Eastgate would be my go to place. Please support your local businesses...Go see Eastgate. I don't think you will regret it. Thank you again for your kindness.

Top notch. Nice people. And fast service. We were travelling and needed a flat fixed. They jumped right on it and were the nicest people. Wished more people ran their businesses this way. Highly recommend if you need tire work

Matthew and Suzanne are the best business owners to deal with! They are courteous, friendly and get you in and out as quickly as possible. Matthew came to my aid when I had recently had foot surgery and had that big, awkward, heavy boot on my foot and was trying to drive. The boot got stuck under the accelerator and I ran over a curb at Walmart gas pumps on 39, flattening and ruining my tire. I was so un-nerved, in tears, my son was out of town so I called Matthew. He and one of his guys from his business came immediately and they got my donut put on and had me back on the road in a matter of minutes! He, then, went back to the shop and ordered my new tire, called me when it came in and had it on my car in no time and had me safely back on the road. That is great customer service! This is not the first time I have used East Gate Tire and will certainly NOT be my last.

These are the sweetest people! Me, my sister and my son were 3 hours from home and we picked up a nail and they fixed it in no time and got us back on the road!

Poor workmanship. I had a tire patched and they must not have leak tested it because my tire was flat again the next day. When we called they offered to look at it but we had been passing through town so couldn't come back. They refused to refund.
