Friendly, helpful, and honest service techs ready to help with your next scheduled or emergency auto issue. We are on a long road trip and had a tire problem yesterday. We arrived soon after they opened on our spare, they worked us into a jam-packed schedule, and we quickly left with our original tire back in service and safely on our way. As we waited we saw their staff make every effort to advise customers on their vehicle s needs and propose reasonable solutions. Couldn t ask for a better service experience.

They were absolutely wonderful and were able to get our truck brake line fixed in under two hours for a reasonable price. Highly recommend especially if your on a trip like us.Kenny was also extremely polite and was willing to work with us to help us get back on the road. Thank you so much!!!

Great customer service, I came in for new brakes and rotors and ended up needing a little more then I expected. Kenny/Caleb were very kind and willing to explain in detail, and even show me exactly what needed to be done. Great location while your waiting there are restaurants in walking distant if you get hungry or needed to walk around.

I came in today to get my brake pads replaced and oil changed and was out in less than 2 hours. Great customer service and they were very helpful. I needed a cylinder cap that they were unable to purchase, but they checked a store nearby that had it in stock and told me where I could purchase it. I will definitely be back!

I had another nail in my tire and brought my car in for my tire to be fixed. They were very fast and very helpful. The staff is incredibly nice and seem to always help me when I m in a bind! I m so thankful that you re just around the corner for me.

I went in there for an oil change. I was so impressed with the incredible customer service and speed at which they completed the job. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had. Genuinely good people -- especially Caleb!

Never had to get tires patched so much lol. Mavis is always great about getting me in and out though when I come in last minute after work with a new nail in my tire. This location is always amazing, Juliana, sorry if I butchered your name, was so sweet and got me in and out in time to pick up my daughter from daycare. My dog also goes everywhere with me, she was so nice to her and didn t mind her presence while I waited.

I m happy to have waited 3 hours for a headlight bulb! This isn t fast food after all! Alignment and tire changes should be much quicker than changing a bulb of course. Happy to have waited a bit, as I am so patient :)) I wasn t anything but polite the whole time, only checked on the status of my one headlight change once during the whole 3 hours. But I heard plenty of instructions given to other customers on how to reach the survey on the (back/bottom?) of the receipt. Looked all up and done my receipt for directions to a survey. I guess you pick and choose who you give those out to?**edit Incredibly rude to make sarcastic remarks to other customers after they ask for something. You did that with the gentleman before me who asked to see the work on his car. "Oh sure right this way sir," turns to other customer in waiting room, sarcastically, "I love my job!" And you did the same thing to me after I asked for something to be done. As if I can't hear you??And I'm so happy that the customers who came in an hour and a half after me, and left within 20 minutes, left you such nice reviews. But they were just getting alignment/ and new tires or whatever else... replacing a bulb must take 3 hours minimum. It would be so so impatient of me to think otherwise. This isn't fast food folks! Maybe there is good reason that it took so long, maybe it had to be ordered from somewhere, but I wouldn't know it! Not a lick of communication past the first estimate of 1 hour. Could I have possibly comprehended the reason? Probably not, better to just leave me in the dark about it.

My boyfriend had a flat tire at 5 on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get us in immediately and plugged the tire quickly!! They were great and easy to work with! Highly recommend!! Thank you Julie!!

I came in this past week to get my serpentine belt replaced. The manager, Kenny, was extremely helpful. He found a discount I could use and had my part delivered in less than an hour. I was in and out in no time and for far less than I was quoted by another shop. Excellent, friendly service at a more than fair price. Thanks for putting the customer first!

Today was my first time here . I had a blow out last night and I wasn t sure who to go too . I didn t want to be stuck in a tire shop all day . I called and spoke to Julianne, she was the sweetest ! She made sure I was taken really good care of ! They got me in and out , and plus they have warranty on their tires !

My son needed a quick tire alignment. They were fast and did the job well. Kenny knew how long it would take based on their staff and the work required. I had heard bad reviews and noted nothing negative!

The whole experience was horrible I waited 2 hours and still didn't get my service done. The person who checked my tire is inexperienced damage my whole tire beyond fixing because they want me to buy another brand new tire. Is not like I don't know how to plug and patch my tire but because I want it in the hurry but for you to tell me I have two hole in my brand new tire while I have really checked my tire and it have only one small nail hole.

I have been coming to Mavis for over 20 years. They have resolved any and all car problems. The Mavis team I encouteres today were awesome.I would like give a special shout out to Jay. He is an outstanding service professional. Job well done. Promote!

Simply perfectKenny is the Man.Was stopping by to change tires, had some mess because of tires seller, but Kenny showed absolute involvement to help me to resolve it.This is exactly what I am looking for in service business customer satisfaction focus!The rest of the crew were very helpful and friendly as well, the good vibes are all over this place.Will definitely use this location for everything relatedto the car maintenance

I have had issues with my tire going flat for nearing a week. I wasn't able to take my vehicle to a shop during the week due to work. Today, Sunday, I finally had time to take it to have the tire checked.I first tried Firestone in Madison, and as always, they were completely booked and stated they could not get to my vehicle until Monday. Luckily, to my surprise, Mavis was open. I did not know before today they are open on Sundays. I drove straight over. I was asked if I would be waiting or leaving while my vehicle was being checked. I waited. It took about 45 minutes to get my vehicle in the bay, but once it was back it only too about 15 minutes for them to find the problem and fix it. The valve stem needed to be replaced. They replaced the valve stem and had me out the door in minutes.The lady helping me at the front desk was very helpful and nice. I will definitely be returning here in the future for my vehicle maintenance needs!

They will try to scam you. I went in for a nail in my tire that they told me couldn t be patched and needed to be replaced. I was skeptical, but I needed it fixed so I paid the $250 for a new tire. After inspecting my car they told my brake pads were 85-90% worn and they needed to be replaced as well. I told to leave them because I was taking my car in for a dealership service. Just got my car back from the dealership and they let me know my brake pads were completely fine and would be good to go for 10,000 s of miles!! Lied straight to my face to make more money. I m now convinced that my tire could have been patched as well. Never ever go here!! I m telling every friend, family member, and acquaintance. Ridiculous!

Very nice and professional! I really appreciated them calling me to the back to let me see what was wrong with my tire.. I just knew I was going to sit there half the afternoon.. However, Caleb was sure to let me know he d get me in quickly, and he did just that!

Came in to check vibration. Had already spoken to someone about it so I knew what it could be. Jay said the same. He showed me how my rotors had worn down. Overall the experience was good. Had to wait a bit but if you want things done correctly, you have to ne patient.

Called for a Tire Patch and they got me in the same day, fixed it within 30 minutes, and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. Customer Service was great as well and they were very friendly

Service was outstanding! I had just bought my truck from gray daniels & they tried to tell me the front end had 0 issues. Comes to find out my alignment was WELL off & a very bad balanced tire. The mechanics as well as the clerks were very helpful in regards to diagnostics AND information as well. This place will have your vehicle feeling like its brand NEW ! The diagnostic work is amazing. Definitely will be back if I have any major issues

What an awesome shop. Fixed my tire issue, gave me a range of fix options, and got the job done in minutes. Sincerely appreciate the nice sales lady manager that waited on me and helped out. Well go back when it's time for new tires.

I d like to start off and express how great the customer service experience was. They make you feel welcomed and almost like a family member. I arrived 10 minutes before close for a tire patch and they didn t hesitate to fix it up in what was max 15 minutes. Most places I ve been to would just turn me away but they didn t. Fast service, clean atmosphere, friendly people, will not hesitate to come back here for any tire troubles. Thank you team!

Rayn was a very nice person that understood everything that I asked her about my tire and knew how to check on the paperwork to see I had a warrenty with the tires. Thank you and thanking the person that patched my tire as well. With out a long wait!!!
