This body shop has repaired 3 vehicles of mine. The first two was amazing. However, I am not sure what has happened. The man that works the first desk has the personality of a cardboard box kinda rude. The fender that was repaired has a slight mismatch in the color . And they left an emblem off my car - to which they replied we didn t even work on that part so I guess I just took the emblem off for fun. customer service was rude and my car was less than perfect . I had them rated with 5 starts but not now. I won t be back. Think wisely before taking your car here.

Selected them based on high rating on Google and location. The facts are as follows: After waiting almost 3 months for the body work to be completed, the car dies when my daughter drives it home. I couldn t ask for better from the folks here. Always pleasant and professional. They handle things quickly and get your car back to you. They are willing to have flexible hours for those that work. Mr Kenneth is a straight shooter and does his best to get you the best part for the best price. I ve used them several times and always know my car will be handled with care and my issues will be resolved quickly.I highly recommend giving them a call if you ever need any body work done.

I went to 3 other body shops to get a quote for my wife's 2015 Tornado Red Volkwagen Jetta (needed a left, driver's side fender replaced) before coming to Kenny & Gluckstadt Body Shop:Body Shop #1: Was going to be somewhat expensive, and I would have had to wait until early-to-mid July to have the car repairedBody Shop #2: Was going to be somewhat expensive, and they were not going to allow me to use my own auto parts (I had already purchased the parts needed for the fender replacement from an online Authentic Volkswagen Parts vendor); Also, I would've had to wait until the last week of June 2022 to have the car repairedBody Shop #3: The car would've been repaired fairly quickly, but the cost of hourly labor would have been VERY expensiveKenny & Gluckstadt Body Shop: Visited Kenny's shop for the first time on Wednesday, June 8, 2022, and he said he could have the fender replaced on my wife's car as early as today (Tuesday, June 14, 2022). His quoted cost of labor was going to be the most inexpensive compared to the previous body shops I received a quote from, and I would be allowed to use all of my own auto parts (new fender, fender liner, et al).100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship at Kenny's Gluckstadt Body Shop. Would highly recommend his body shop to any one and everyone in Madison County!!Service: Body & Trim

Honest local work. The cost here was 1/3 the price given to me by 2 body shops in Ridgeland. They were effecient and never tried to gauge me with unexpected costs. Their results are incredible as well. Even if you live in Jackson, the drive to Gluckstadt to have these guys work on your car is worth the trip. I highly recommend these wonderfully friendly and knowledgeable people.

I am very pleased with the paint work done on my truck at Gluckstadt Body Shop and it was a great price considering how much some of the large body shops in the area wanted to charge me.
