I needed 4 tires for my vehicle. I called before hand and made sure they had all 4 in stock. I talked to the manager and was told they had all 4 in stock. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:15AM and was told that they had them in stock. I then left and did not get a response. I went in at 4:30 asking for an update. I was then told that they had to order the tires because they did not have them in stock. Nobody cared to inform me of the situation. I do not recommend doing business with them due to the lack of communication.

Horrible service.I will walk before using Firestone in Madison for any of my vehicles! I was told the wrong time twice by different people. I was charged for an upgraded break job that I didn't ask for, and through this more superior brake job I was charged enhanced warranty costs also. Absolutely the WORST customer service and mechanic shop I have ever dealt with. Seems like it s a very incompetent business.

I've been using them for a few years now. I can always trust the Hwy 51 Madison Firestone store to take good care of me. They're quick, fair and trustworthy. I don't worry about them doing things that aren't necessary. That's why I always take my personal and company vehicles to them for service. Thank you Brittany! Dennis

I had a 12pm appointment because my 9am appt was no longer available after requesting it online. Upon arrival I asked the manager how long it would be because I had to have my child somewhere at 4. I told him that Brittany had told me with an appt it would be 1.5 hours he replied "Brittany don't know what she be talkin about she don't even work weekends." After 3 hours, I stopped by and my vehicle had not been moved after I spoke with a different guy about why it hadn't been touched he told me the work had been done tried to give me someone else's keys and vehicle. When they realized I was mad, they began working on my vehicle, 3.5 hours after I dropped my vehicle off they started working on it and told me it would be about an hour. I left and came back, waited another hour or more and it was finally finished and the manager was rude and again told me "Brittany doesn't work weekends so she don't know how we roll on the weekends"

Hi,I had been using this shop for all my auto repairs since they opened. But after my last experience, I have decided never to go back!I am writing this review both to help other customers who should never have to go through what I did, and for the owners of this store to understand who at their end is responsible.I had booked an appointment and showed up on time. The guy at the front . (His name was Omar and he said he moved from Texas) was extremely rude, kept ignoring me, and wouldn't even let me explain the problems I was having.I told hi. that my indicator says that I have low coolant. He said that they cannot help with display/ indicator problems. I had asked him to check the coolant level and top it off. He didn't do it, and had the audacity to lie about it.They did not even have the courtesy to top up the pressure in my tires, when I paid to have the tires rotated!

Horrible experience. I shopped around for tires yesterday that I was needing yesterday. The staff on the phone acted like they did not even want to be bothered to look up the tire size I was looking for. After going back and forth, a set of tires was showing on the computer that I was told would be there at the shop but they wouldn t make it until 6pm. I stopped looking for tires at this point which was around 2:30. I show up at 6, and am told they could only find two. When I asked why I wasn t called, the man at the counter got defensive and rude. This is my third bad experience here in a row. I m done.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment fore a fleet vehicle to get a simple oil change. Went on a Friday and scheduled for 8 AM Monday morning. Showed up at 7:50. 9:00 rolls around and vehicle hasn t been touched. Walked in and asked for my keys back and went 2 lots down to a take 5 and instantly got taken care of. WillNot be back with personal or fleet vehicles. Will recommend others do the same.

Brittany has helped me and has always been prompt and courteous. She answers all of my questions, and makes sure I understand what's going on and why. I've come in there with a fleet vehicle and a personal vehicle and she has never hesitated to help me where she can. Even if she was in the shop, as soon as she saw me, she would stop and come in to assist me.

I took my car in to have several items performed including replacing rotors and break pads. They completed work a little after noon. I m very pleased with the work performed and the quick turnaround time!

The manager was so nice in helping me get tires on my daughters car. Her tires were bald and I reached out later in the day and he said come on and we will make it happen. Great job!!!!

I'm only here because my survey expired! I took a 93 Mustang GT in to have a radiator flush. They said there was a leak in the radiator. Fine. New radiator, new thermostat, new pipes plus labor... $1200 plus. Alright do it then... It took them four (4) days because new radiator "came in" dented. I paid and picked the vehicle up. It made it home somehow. I sent my boy and daughter back to Hattiesburg. I get a phone call about steam under the engine. Well you know I had to go find them side of the interstate, paying $60 dollars more or antifreeze just to make it to the next destination which is Brandon, MS. The radiator was bone dry. That survey is still available so I will go there after this. I attached a picture of the thermostat job. A kindergartener could have done a better job. Looks like a modern art masterpiece. You don't even have to zoom in...

Firestone is the worst place to go when trying to get your vehicle fixed. The entire staff needs to rethink their career. They do not care about no one s safety. They do not know what they are doing !!!! How do you not see if a run is cracked when swapping out old tires for new ones? How do customer come back for the same problem low tire pressure just for the staff to not check again to see exactly what the problem was . Yet again they let us drive off driving on a cracked rim. Anything could have happed from an accident, and or blowout Brittany nor the manager showed any concern! The staff closes before their closing time also. The entire place is a mess! I will be calling corporate!

This is what I received, didnt notice until I went to mount it back on my car. Didn't even balance it after the patch either. Gouge is deep enough to lay a framing nail in.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. I've visited only a few times across several years and their poor service hasn't improved. Everyone in the lobby was complaining about the wait time. One of the staff assured me that I would be in and out in a maximum of 40 minutes, but I didn't end up leaving until two hours later. If you're looking for better service, your next door neighbor would probably be quicker and more efficient. After all, it's not as if this place has good reviews to begin with. Avoid coming here!

So usually it's up to a 3 hour wait. That's just with a few cars on a Sunday usually. When I pulled up and saw a ton of vehicles i was ready to cancel my whole day. This time Zay and Tay(I believe) got me right. The customer service is unparalleled and they cut my wait time in half. Kudos to the new team. Keep up the great job!

Very slow had to take a vehicle here for someone else and dropped it off in the morning like 9-10 am just to get tires and it wasn t done until about 4-5 pm almost 5 pm. They said the tires were already there/in stock shouldn t take that long to install new tires nothing else. If you want speed go elsewhere. Take 5 is much faster for oil changes etc.

Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and finally just asked for my keys back, no oil change. Nobody was rude or anything just I usually go to Parkway in Gluckstadt and am in and out in literally 15 minutes, tried this place out due to location convenience but will never go anywhere other than Parkway again. I understand businesses get busy but goodness gracious 2 hours for an oil change?

If i could take that 1 star away i would. I made an appointment a week prior, dropped it off on time fast forward to almost 6pm my car still had not been looked at for the problem i brought it in for! Instead they changed the oil which i did not give them the ok to do! I shouldn t have to call every hour or so for an update on a vehicle that I m potentially paying them to fix! I had a very bad experience and will NOT return!

Not sure why I wasted my time with Firestone Madison. They are always extremely slow and take a full day to do a simple oil change and tire rotation. However, since they were the only place open today I decided to give them another try.Dropped by daughter's car off at 9:30 a.m. Told them we would leave it with them and was told it would be ready by mid-afternoon. I called at 1:30 p.m. to get an update to which the shop manager told me it was next in line and would be ready within an hour to hour and half. He said he would call me when done. I thanked him and hung up.4:00 p.m. I hadn't heard anything. So I decided to go by there. Car was still sitting in same spot we parked it this morning. I knew this wasn't a good sign. I went in and said I'm here to pick up our car. Was told it wasn't ready. I asked why then was I told at 1:30 p.m. it was next in line and would be ready within an hour to hour and half. The cashier said "I guess he was busier than he thought. We can get it around now and get started on it." I told her "no thanks I don't have an hour to hour and half to wait.I will go to where I originally planned this week that I know is reliable.So, save your time and do not use Firestone Madison Hwy 51.(Updated 1/6/23) Firestone Corporate was quick to respond and the local manager, Elmer, called to apologize and make the situation right. Went in Firestone this morning to get a valve stem replaced for my van. Manager was at the counter, took it right back, the tech had it back to me in under 10 mins. This place is horrible. I purchased the lifetime unlimited tire alignment from Firestone and bought a tire from them about a year ago. So, naturally I take my car there for tire rotation and alignment every 5000 miles. I made two appointments with them, and they cancelled both and told me to just walk in. So, on October 16, 2022, at 9am I took my car to get a tire rotation, alignment and possibly replace all 4 tires because I possibly had a nail in tire or an issue with one of the tires, I would replace them all. I told this to the agent at 9:08am that morning. They called me at 5pm and tell me that my car was ready. I informed them did they check the tire to see what was wrong with it and he said no. When they checked the tire, they found a nail in the tire and where they claim someone stab the tire. But not possible because of the location of the tire and it was in thread beside the nail. They probably stab the tire. So, by the time he called back they was closing so I couldn t get price of new tires. So spoke with a gentleman the next morning October 17, 2022, to get pricing on tires and by 11am I decided to get tires from them and the tires I was purchasing was Bridgestone tires that he clearly stated was in stock and they would have my car ready between 3:30-4:00 pm. I made it to the store at 5 pm to pick up. I was told that my car was not ready and wouldn t be ready until the next business day. This was not acceptable because they promised it would be ready, the lady (service manager) told me I could take my car and take it somewhere else. Not acceptable. Never send business away. So, they changed it and said it would be ready before 7 pm. I left and came back at 5:30pm and sat in the lobby waiting. At 6 pm the man came out and said they don t have the tires in stock and told me they were putting my original tires back on and would bring my keys.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

The worst. I had some tires dropped shipped from tire rack as they were a preferred shop. What a mistake by TR. I arrived and dropped my truck off on time at the schedule Firestone came up with. When I arrived back 7 hours later nothing had been done and the manager said she didn't care what I had to say and "we don't make any money fooling with deals like that" - gee thanks. Loaded up my tires and went elsewhere but I'd wasted a ton of time and now money.

NEVER go here. Had a flat tire and got charged for who knows what, the guy at the front couldn t explain what they did to my car. He finally explained to me (with attitude) that it was fixed but got home and the tire went flat again. The guy at the front shouldnt be working there if he has such a problem with giving good customer service.Service: Tires

My teenage daughter brought her tire to get it patched but was told she needed a new one so she bought it. Two days later, they called for her to pick it up. She asked if they could put it on for her and they said no, they didn t have time to. They let her leave and drive home. When we got the tire out to put it on, the weight fell off. We called to address the situation and asked why they couldn t find a few minutes to put her tire on for her after buying it from them that we felt it was wrong to let a young girl leave their store like that and was told we don t treat girls any differently. There was never an apology, just an excuse. The clip-on weight didn t stick due to dust. I have never experienced customer service this poor before! Such a horrible customer service experience with Firestone Complete Auto Care in Madison, MS. I should have listened to the negative reviews of this place but instead, I usually give everyone a chance to find out for myself because every business has its bad days. However, this business has bad days, every day! I will never, ever, visit this location again. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an auto care company. The Customer Service Awards in the store are a lie. The employees are incompetent, do not pay attention to detail, and do not know how to handle mishaps professionally. At no point in the entire experience did they mention that a complete inspection was done. Not only that, they lost the car key. And then when I finally picked up the car, they handed me a key with a fob that was missing ALL of the buttons! That was not the fob that I left with Firestone!! They are lucky that my mom did not need her car and that I had a spare key in case they were not able to find my key. There were no apologies and the manager (male) or the person that appeared to be the manager, in a blue short-sleeve shirt, did not try to explain anything.The car never received a complete inspection and we now have a key fob that looks liked it has been through h*ll. I could not believe it!!
