I took my porsche in for a headlight replacement 3 Jan 24. I was giving a completion date 5 Jan. only to be texted after closing that day to inform me it will be 10 Jan. I received a text 11 Jan from Carlock Porsche Dealership (where I purchased my car) thanking me for bring my car in which I hadn t. I went back to crash champion for a status update and was told they couldn t get the headlight to work and they had to send it there for them to work on and will give me and update on 12 jan but I never received a call. Poor communication.

Don t trust these folks. They kept my car for a week, then informed me they could not repair or even do an estimate. They released the car to be towed to another shop. However, they alerted the crooks at Capital Towing (Crash Champions purchased Capital Body but not the towing business) to intercept the car when it was unloaded at the other body shop. Capital towed it to an impound lot and held it hostage for storage fees for the days Crash Champions had it even though they told me I had to send it somewhere else for repairs! Seems like Crash Champions and Mr. White have quite a racket going.Service: Auto body & trim repair
