Purchased a 2018 Subaru Impreza and couldn't be happier. I was recommended to CIA from a friend and I see why, the staff is very friendly and pricing was very reasonable. They even have their own shop for maintenance and repairs which is really cool. Highly recommend checking them out.

If i could give a 10 star rating I surely would, my salesman Barney was the ABSOLUTE best!! He helped me check everything in detail on the car I was looking for and helped me make it happen!! I left smiling ear to ear with my new car!! If you need someone to help you get the car of your dreams, Barney is the man!! I m so thankful for the help I received from everybody! I m in love with my new car!!

We had a wonderful experience here at CIA Autoplex buying a car. They were nothing but helpful and nice the entire time. Eric and Barney were great salesmen and helped us with whatever questions we had. Hunter did a great job explaining everything and answering all questions we had. 10/10 would buy a car from here again.

If you're looking for a salesman, ask for Eric Meyers. We experienced top notch customer service from Eric. He was patient, informative, and polite throughout the whole process. I'm so thankful I had a salesman like Eric as a first-time buyer. Hunter wrapped everything up smoothly and answered all questions we had. I love my car and I highly recommend CIA Autoplex.

I was very intent on not going to a dealership until I received a set, reasonable out the door price. I'd looked at a few cars at dealerships that have been in business 30+ years, but they either didn't respond or were more concerned with having me come in to test drive immediately and that was NOT my priority. I didn't want to become attached to a vehicle that wasn't in the price range I was comfrotable with paying. The guys at CIA Autoplex were very understanding, courteous, professional, and straight to the point. I've already recommended the sales managers Hunter and Terry to friends and family for their next vehicle purchase.

Second car My wife and I have bought from us. Me being a salesman buying from where I work should tell you how I feel about our vehicles. I know they go through a rigorous inspection process before they are sold. If they need something mechanical they get it. Come see me when you are ready to buy a vehicle! I purchased my truck from CIA Autoplex and I ve taken it to their service department anytime I needed to get work done on it. The customer service is top of the line and Shane has been great to work with each time I ve gone. Would definitely recommend. 10/10

Mark helped my girlfriend find the exact vehicle she wanted. We drove from Louisiana to Madison Mississippi, all of the paperwork was done before. Test drove the VW atlas with Mark, amazing experience.Mark was very knowledgeable about pretty much everything lol. Answered every question we had, no problems. Very awesome guy, and the rest of the staff was very friendly and awesome also. Even had some hot chocolate for everyone that was kindly recommended by Barney, another salesmanNot often you get service like this, I'd definitely make the trip again to get a vehicle from them. 5/5!!

I want to give an enormous shout out toJohn May my salesman. He was there with me every step from start to finish. Told me everything about the vehicle and sent numerous photos and a video. John is a professional who knows how to treat customers right! John went above and beyond for me with my purchase.
