Amazing customer service! Correll, Frank and Cameron always get me in and out in a timely manner and go above and beyond to help fix any issue I m having! This has always been my #1 oil change and services place! HIGHLY recommend!

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had getting an oil change. The employees were so friendly and personable. I live around an hour and 15 minutes from here, but I will gladly make the drive to come back here to get my oil changed. Great service all around. I am very happy with the Car Care Clinic and I will be going back!

Frank McGriggs is not only a knowledgeable and efficient mechanic and manager, he is also an angel! Last night, my battery died at a gas station down the road from the location on Hwy 51 in Madison, and I called the phone number listed for Car Care Clinic at 5:02 pm. I started explaining my issue and Frank didn't even hesitate--he just asked me my location and told me he would be right there. Even though it was after 5 and he could have easily told me that mechanics don't make house calls or that they were closed already or that he would be glad to help me tomorrow, what he did tell me was to sit tight and he would be there in just a minute. And he was! And he was kind and friendly and he diagnosed my issue and then had to call Kahlil in for backup because my battery was so dead that he needed some extra equipment to get my car drivable. They got it working and I followed them to the shop, where two more kind gentlemen were there to help. I offered to just leave it there and pick it up the next day so that they wouldn't have to stay even later to fix it, but Frank wouldn't hear of it. He knew it would be an inconvenience to me the next day trying to get to work and then get there to pick it up, so he assured me that it was no problem at all and that they would get it taken care of. The four men worked together to get the new battery installed and before I knew it, I was good to go. Frank wouldn't hear of letting me pay extra for their service in coming to rescue me from the gas station, or the fact that four people had to stay past closing time, or anything! I was in a tough spot and the guys at Car Care Clinic got me out of it, without a thought to their own inconvenience. I am so grateful for Angel Frank and this Car Care Clinic!

I cannot stress enough how nice and considerate everyone is at this location. They treat you like family and treat your vehicle will care. Hints the name Car Care Clinic. I will for sure be coming back in the future.

Super impressed with the service during my oil change today. These guys were so friendly and helpful. Stayed in my car (COVID requirement) and they talked with me about some things that needed to be replaced. They were honest and fair and professional. I will definitely be back. (Wish I knew the guys names...they were great!)

Went about 8:30/9:00 on a Thursday morning. Able to drive right into bay with no wait! Service was efficient, professional, and courteous. I trust Mr. Frank and his associates.

I am a customer here, but this is the second time I have had issues with their service. I went for an oil change and my oil cap was left off causing the oil to spit out and my car to make a loud sound, but I decided to return because I never had issues before. However, I just went for an oil change again and this time the cover on my air filter under the hood was left off. Since it couldn t receive the proper air, my car would make a loud sound upon acceleration and it would hesitate to speed up. I will not be returning to this location or any other Car Care Clinic. No one wants car problems that can easily be avoided.Service: Oil change

So if you look at the store hours it says 5, but I have been there 2 times now, 330, and 345, and was informed they can t do an oil change? ??? . Thank you but I can spend with another business that needs the business.

I received an Oil Change. Well I thought I did.. 2 weeks later Motor stopped.. All ladies please look out. The guys there get distracted and dont realize what they are doing. Make sure you check your car before you leave to make sure they did there job correctly, or take a man with you.

It's for getting your oil changed for your car for a decent price.then this is your place.i got my oil changed for $45 dollars &I had a coupon.they go upwards &all depends on car& type of car you have.like I say.if you wants to sai a little money.go here.

My wife and I have tried this place for a couple years now, and we have learned our lesson time and time again. Untightened oil drain cap that caused my wife s car to leak oil. Completely missing oil fill cap that caused my truck s computer to show an error, shut down the cruise control, and allow cold air and dust to get inside the engine. A broken glove box damper when they looked for a cabin air filter that doesn t even come on my model. Grease on the steering wheel and doors. These were all separate visits. It s totally our fault for giving into the convenient location in exchange for the risk of more problems, but we have learned our hard lesson. It s totally not worth the risk, folks.

Upon arrival...I was greeted at the door and assisted immediately...I was treated with courtesy and pleasant conversation...before I knew it...I was ready to hit the road again...all of the gentlemen were very professional and were appreciative of my time...

quick and easy service for oil change. they do not fix tires at the madison location. you will need to go to ridgeland.
