It's a pleasure to do business here with great customer service. We take all our vehicles here because they are honest, timely, and care about their customers. We have continued to go here since moving here in March of 2021 for tires, oil changes, minor maintenance, and even a major one or two. Always helpful explaining any issues or problems and work well to resolve things that may come up after the fact. Thank you again!!!

Wonderful customer service!!!! Came in to get a patch after i caught a nail in my tire, and they asked me if i purchased my new tires from them .i said yes, and he said ohhh then your repaired is covered!!! Best Christmas present ever!!!

My experience always has been very good. Each Visit is exceeding expectations. Companies usually refer to under warranty, no cost as a way to get you in the door to purchase. However, my visit was not only incredible, but was completely free as the warranty stated years ago. Tire rotation and tire patch from a purchase last year. Thank you guys. Special Thanks to Cat as she say she would like to be referred to when asked. She s incredible .

Went to have my strut mounting bolt re-tighten, the mechanic only inspected my front end for noise and charged me over $30 for the inspection after I had made it a point my strut mount nut was loose! Unsatisfied, I called Dale and he immediately asked me to bring the car back! I did and the mechanic used an air gun and thought he had tighten the nut, but didn t! I was watching him and had to coach him to verify it was right using a socket wrench! It wasn t tight and after I again and again told him that s where the noise was coming from! He finally held the strut and tighten the nut! As required, if I hadn t been there, again I would have had a no fix! The mechanic originally said I needed a new lower control arm because it had some minor play and could cause the noise? @ $1600. But by me standing there and ensuring he tighten my strut as required, I saved my self over $1600 of needless repair! I thank Dale for listening to me and allowing me to bring my car back in!!! By the way, the noise is gone!!!

My daughter from Vicksburg wasVisiting with us and had nail in here tire. I called and got Shane (hope i spelled it right) on the phone . He was very helpful and told me they were very busy and could leave it there. Long story short he got her tire fixed very quick. I know they were very backed up and it very hot in the shop. Thank you Big Ten for great service and having great employees.

Big 10 installed a flip over 5th wheel hitch for me. The install was not aligned with the factory hole on the bed so that the protective cover could not be utilized. After analyzing the situation at the location I dropped off and picked the truck up at I told them that the install was not acceptableThey told me I could take ipost regardingt to the install location (50 or so mile round trip) to see if it could be adjusted. As I was Ieaving I was asked if i wanted to pay and I told them not until it was adjusted to be able to use the hole cover. I took it to the install location and it was adjusted so the cover can be used but still not centered. The trip (on my time and expense) to get the poor adjustment rectified and other commitments took me into the early evening and past their closing time at the local location. Promptly the next morning (just after 8:00 am) I'm getting a call wanting their payment. This business is focused on getting paid and less on customer satisfaction. So be AWARE!!!!!.Update: I received an email from Dale Lofton, Manager Big 10, with a tel. number that asked me to call him about my post re: Big 10. After reaching him he apparentlywas unaware of my above post. He appeared to shrug his request for me to call him was an auto generated request. Even a negative post from a customer apparently is perceived as not of any value to them eventhough I took my time at their request to give feedback that might assist in improving their customer satisfaction.BE AWARE!!!!!

Experience was good. They installed a leveling kit with larger tires. Alignment seems pretty spot in as well. Only complaint is one of my chrome wheels has a scuff/scratch on it either from them mounting the new tire or from the alignment machine. I did find a small nick on another one. I didn t see this until days later when washing the truck.

Worst experience ever in my life. Went in to have a dual stabilizer, shocks and spare tire carrier installed. Got home and they had broken the tailgate for the spare tire carrier and cut the third brake light in half (it only needed to be unplugged). Tailgate still doesn t close properly. Noticed it was driving strange and wasn t safe so I brought it back only for them to keep it for several hours then say I needed additional parts (which I do not need and has been verified by two other shops). Took it to their main competitor and turns out Big10 put the stabilizer on backwards. Had to get Big10 s competition to fix it. Called Big10 back with my issues and how I had to resolve it and was told yeah I ll talk to the guy that installed it. Called back several times to speak with a manger to no avail. Worst customer service experience ever and they have no idea what they are doing. How do you cut a brake light when it can be unplugged and then just throw the parts in my back seat, put a dual stabilizer on backwards and there s no resolve to the tailgate issue now. I found the owner online and called to speak with him and was told the general manager would be notified and call me (that didn t happen as well). So if you want your car to be entrusted to decent, honest people that know what they re doing DO NOT GO TO BIG10. They will destroy your vehicle, then turn their backs on you. They should be shut down for how they treat their customers and the damage they do to vehicles. This is actually my third vehicle they have messed up. My first vehicle didn t make it five miles down the road after I brought it to them. They had to come meet me in a parking lot and fix the tire they messed up. Second vehicle, they didn t bolt the shocks down after they installed them and the shocks lost all the nuts driving down the road and the whole front end was shaking. I tried to give them multiple opportunities to make this right but the managers will not speak to you, you have no way to contact the owner and the general manager, I guess, falls right in line with the other two and just doesn t care. Poor excuse for a shop. Go elsewhere or have your vehicle ruined by people that take no accountability. RPT for life now.

The staff here is great! Kaitlyn was so great keeping me updated on the stauts of my car and keeping a smile on my face from begining to end. Thanks to her I was able to get my car in and out before I had to be at work, all at a great price! The mechanics were also very friendly and did great work getting my car to work smoothly and perfectly. Will DEFINITELY be coming back for all of my automotive needs.

I was visiting family when my tire picked up a screw. My brother recommended Big 10. It was the Recommendation of the Year! the staff was friendly and professional. The service technicians worked quickly. I dropped off, went for breakfast, and the tire was patched by the time I finished my coffee. Thanks Big 10!

Firstly didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in, acted like they didn't see me for a couple minutes. I had to ask them a question?? Red Flag #1.Had a 8:30a appointment for brakes, left car she said it would be a couple hours, called at 12, 2 cars in front of me, car sat in same spot all day no work done. Picked up car at 4:30p same spot. No nothing done. I guess I wasn't supposed to be at this particular establishment to get my vehicle worked on, It felt like, we don't serve your kind.. A whole day wasted for nothing getting done.

The work on my car was fine. However, the customer service left something to be desired. The cashier was not attentive at all. When I dropped my vehicle off, she waited on me after attending to two people who came in after me. When I came back to pick my vehicle up, she took a phone call instead of addressing me. I didn't get my invoice until a gentleman came out the back to help me. I don't think I will be returning.

Firstly, the mildly irritating thing: of the three times I have visited for an oil change I am quoted 45-60 minutes. I have expressed that if this indeed an accurate estimation I am more than happy to wait. If not, please let me know so that I might arrange to grab a ride so my day is not completely monopolized. Each time the actual visit ends up running over two hours, with zero communication. Unless you are prepared to approach the front desk and ask for an update, you will 100% end up waiting in the dark.Secondly, the more serious issue, my husband spent at least $2600 to fix the AC unit on our Mazda 3 two years ago. It sat there for five weeks with little to no communication, save my husband begrudgingly calling them to get updates. Have brought it back twice since and it still will not hold Freon, i.e. the AC was never fixed.Lastly, when did the industry start charging $20 for labor on an oil change? $100 oil change on a 2008 four-cylinder? The dealership would charge us less. Guess that's where we will be forced to take our business in the future!
