I live in south Louisiana and just purchased a new Chevrolet Tahoe from Walt Massey in Lucedale, MS without going to the dealership and seeing the vehicle. I was given an excellent deal and a great trade-in allowance after which Massey delivered the vehicle to my home with a full tank of gas and took away the vehicle I traded. I had an EXCELLENT experience dealing with Massey and the delivery of the new Tahoe to my home was outstanding. It was a pleasure working with the sales professionals, Clay, Shamyah and Tabitha, and I highly recommend Massey.

Mitch at the Walt Massey Chevrolet dealership was a great salesman. The dealership only had one financial agent on the day we purchased. While we were waiting our turn, Mitch made my family and myself feel right at home as he made conversation with myself my wife and my 4 year old son.

Where do I begin? If I could give more stars, I most definitely would. So my grandmother needed work done on her vehicle and being the protective grandson that I am I wanted to be sure that she wasn t taking advantage of so I joined her on the trip to Walt Massey. That is where we met Mrs. Jessica,, she not only was the most professional individual I ve ever dealt with at an automotive dealership ship,, but she also was SOOO respectful and treated us like family. She found some things that needed attention on my grandmas vehicle including the in cabin air filter, which I did not even know existed. It was so filthy and Gram Gram Was breathing in that dirty air and we had no idea. So not only was she so nice, and professional, and knowledgeable. But she actually took care my my Gram Grams health. I will never forget this experience and I will be recommending everyone to come here thanks to Mrs. Jessica. If I was Walt Massey I would be honored and so proud to have her as part of the team. If there were more Jessica s in the world working it would be a better place to say the least. We had been getting the run around for weeks with other dealerships and salesmen in our area. We saw a truck we liked and got in contact with Brett. I found a truck online on a Monday and immediately called. Since I am closer to the Marianna location they had it shipped over there on Tuesday. I spent Monday afternoon and most of Tuesday getting financing finalized, etc. The truck arrived in Marianna on Tuesday afternoon and I offered to drive on down and get it. Since they had already scheduled me an appointment for Wednesday at noon I was told to just come then. As I'm 20 minutes away and an hour early for my appointment they called and said that they had just received a call from Lucedale and that someone else was interested in it. However, if I got papers signed first it was mine. I sped up some and made a phone call back offering to put a down payment to hold it until I arrived and was told that they could not do that. I get there to be rushed inside to start on paperwork, pen in hand. After 30 minutes of paperwork the sales manager comes in to inform us that the truck has been sold in MS and that I was essentially SOL.I spent 3 hours between the drive down/back and filling out paperwork, not to mention time on Monday and Tuesday lining up financing, etc, to be told it was sold halfway through the paperwork.They really need to take another look at their process and systems to ensure this doesn't happen again. All I got was an apology through text, even after their corporate office said that something didn't seem right while filling them in on the situation because the system was showing my name attached to the truck. I will never do business with this group again.

I have been looking for a Toyota Tacoma Long Bed Army Green TRD Sport 4x4 for a long time. When I finally found one in Lucedale, Mississippi I was a little hesitant BEING I live in Idaho. This was a dream truck and I was willing to take a chance. What I was blown away by was how wonderful of an experience I had in buying a car from Walt Massey. My salesman was Clayton and I was beyond impressed every single step of the way. He was extraordinary to work with and he made me feel comfortable and taken care of through the whole process. Buying a car online and 2200 miles away could have been something very stressful but with Clayton I feel he was just as excited as I was and that made me have a sense of ease. His mom who works for the dealership as a driver even picked me up at the airport. Nice little personal touch and I felt immediately like I was buying a truck from someone I could trust. Funny how that is when you meet someone's mom :) When I got to dealership the truck was everything I wanted and more. I couldn't recommend Clayton MORE! I had such a wonderful experience that I might just have to buy my wife's car in Mississippi too. Do NOT hesitate to use Walt Massey for your next purchase and be sure to use Clayton!

A few months back, I was having buyers remorse on a new Toyota I had bought. I really just wanted my old Ram 2500 back, but knew that was going to be impossible. When I reached out to Walt Massey, I spoke with Makailah and she found exactly what I was looking for. She never got pushy and after I told her what I wanted to spend per month, she made it happen. At almost 50, it s the best truck buying experience I ve ever had. I will send everyone I know that is looking, to Walt Massey.

The front desk girls were amazing! But I waited 2.5 hours to get my oil changed, and I was told all of my fluids topped off. But when I finally got back in my vehicle, the low washer fluid light was still on. So I asked the front desk girl about it and she immediately had the guy fill it. Then I was changing my screens on dash board and it still said I had 20% oil life. So they didn't even reset it for the oil change. And there was also a grease spot on my car door panel from someone's greasy elbow. Thankfully, it wiped off!

I was asked to do this review so here goes. When I was treading in car, I asked several times if the newer car came with powered seats.I was told no, that the particular car I was getting did not offer power seats. Well that was not true. Don t get me wrong I like my new car, but it would have been nice to have the power seats. I should have done my homework.

My wife and I traveled from Gulf Shores Alabama to Lucedale today to buy an AT4. I WELL did my research before the sale, Comparing trucks at dealerships from Florida to Louisiana online. Walt Massey in Mississippi was the ticket! The trip was well worth it! Got a great deal and the entire team at Walt Massey was so nice. We even brought our dog and everyone spoiled him rotten with attention.Shamyah helped me out on the internet side of things and she consistently answered my questions and looked into a couple of different trucks for me. Very nice and helpful. Clay worked out the numbers for me so that I knew what to expect when I arrived.Our sales associate at the dealership was Stephen Smoak. I can't say enough nice things about him. Even keeled, no sales pressure and patient with us and our many questions throughout the process, walking us through each phase of the purchase one step at a time. Easily one of the best car buying experiences I've had to date. Nikki Taylor helped us with our documentation and was very nice as well. Out of the five different dealerships, I ve used for service by far this location has the absolute best customer service of any dealership I ve ever been to, and definitely any GMC. Seriously these people listen pay attention, respond and care. Of course I don t like how expensive it was nobody ever likes how expensive these things areand I don t think it s fair but I also think that if it was up to the people who worked there, they would help you out as much as they could

Spoke with Mitch about a new Yukon XL that was on the lot. While he is in the process of giving me the paperwork I requested, he s on his phone, texting another person about the same vehicle I m there about. When I ask if he can match the MSRP price vs the price the total came out to, he respectfully showed me his conversation with someone from VA that is interested in this vehicle. Let me be clear, I am not bashing the service of this dealership-I m simply upset, disappointed, and given a distasteful view of Mitch. When someone, directly in front of you, is willing to spend almost $100K on a vehicle I expect to be treated with, at the minimum, common courtesy. Absolutely disrespectful and no salesmanship at all.

Jason, at the Lucedale store, was absolutely awesome. He took great care of us. He is the only reason the deal went through.The call center taking sales calls needs massive improvements. I had specific questions about a vehicle on the lot and wanted to talk to someone AT the store that could look and verify the car had exactly what I was looking for. I had 2 different salespeople from the call center LIE to me telling me they were physically at the store until having to admit they weren t when I asked specific questions about options the car had and dealer installed accessories.

If everything I had to do at the dealership involved the GM Scott Chasen, Maklailah Davis finance, or Lahiti in parts then I would be more than pleased and satisfied!! My vehicle was serviced and there was no dialogue and or communication as to what was done and why. I had to go and ask how an accessories that was installed worked. I have issues with installed accessories. The resolution was could not duplicate. They should had contacted me since I was waiting at the dealership to see if I could duplicate the problem. I am not satisfied with the diagnosis of my wind noise. The resolution was that the wind noise was not present when road tested with the mirrors folded. One who is going to drive 2500 series truck with the mirrors folded? I do not believe an adequate road test was performed. I am driving on the highway. I believe the window seals need to be replaced. There should not be any wind noise when driving the 2500 with the mirrors folded or unfolded. I am still finding issues with the vehicle which should have been explained at delivery. The battery and where it is located? How to charge it? What the lock is for on the bumper and the key for it? I wish they offered vehicle washes for vehicles in service.

Friendly staff, but a simple oil change took 1.5 hours. Good waiting area. Technician said Ive never rotated my tires. I do every oil change. Even had my tires rotated here last time...wow
