I took our vehicle there just to put a fuel pump in our vehicle no problems with the fuel pump yet but when we got it back we was driving down the road the door bell inside won't stop dinging and went back up there to talk to him about it he didn't have time to look at it. I wouldn't take my bicycle up there. They are the rudes people I ever seen. I won't be going up there and I would advise you don't go there.

Dropped my son's truck off there on Tuesday evening to have some work done that was supposed to take 5 hours according to the mechanic. Was told it could possibly be Thursday morning before they got it fixed to due to them not working a full day Wednesday. Called them Thursday morning to check on truck and said they still had a couple ahead of him and would try to get to it soon. Called back Friday morning and they'd still not even started on the truck and got an attitude and told me to come pick up the truck that they weren't working on it due to being harassed. I wouldn't trust them to put the chain on a bicycle. You'll be much better off taking your vehicle to Midtown Oil and Lube for quality and dependable service.

I gave a friend a ride to pick up her car after they were suppose to have fixed the engine & replaced her transmission line. Her car wouldn't go forward when put in drive. The mechanic hadn't put transmission fluid back into the car. Her car ran for a week. My friend's car is doing the same thing it was doing when she took it in for repairs. The owners are very nice and polite but I wouldn't let them do a basic tune up on my vehicle.

I always get my cards worked on here! Great prices, great service, and very honest! They don't come up with things wrong with your car like so many auto shops. I love Mill Street!

I would never, ever suggest this place. I would suggest you drive on a rim before using them. They sold my daughter a "USED" tire that was defected that they passed off on phone as a new tire, the make and model she was looking for. The tire did not even hold air for 2 hours. Thank goodness she was only a few blocks away from her job and never I would never, ever suggest this place. I would suggest you drive on a rim before using them. Thank goodness she was only a few blocks away from her job and never drove any further than her job on tire,(for the fact she was not able) When a refund was asked for on the next business day they were open, they refused, said they would replace tire (they accused her of messing up) with another used tire. BAD BAD EXPERIENCE!

Everyone I encountered here was very nice, and went out of their way to help us. They gave us a great price, and were honest. Good to know there is an honest place in Lucedale I can use.

Good service but some miscommunication left my cars inside the business while it was closed but left my car unlocked beside the road throughout the night. Luckily no one tampered with the few belongings inside of it

Super friendly and answered all of my questions and made it easy for me to understand what was going on without making me feel stupid or taken advantage of because I m a female. Very fair prices and just an overall easy experience!

Had a light come on for low tire pressure.He checked a tire that had been patched before.Put air in all the tires and didn't charge anything.

Old outdated used tire popped I bought, warranty is tiny . But should of checked tire for date. 2 Other used tires were alright for used.
