These people were kind,prompt, efficent and did an excellent job while we were on the road and in need of a repair. The work was done well and quickly. They were a blessing for us and we would definitely recomend them.

Traveling from out of town and had an emergency. Oil pan cover came 75% off and was dragging pavement. Guys here were so nice and accommodating. Put it back on.So happy to know there are such good people in this world. Would recommend this place to anyone needing their services!

I am a service tech who typically services my personal vehicles. I drive a company vehicle that mandates it be serviced by an authorized service provider. I did my homework and gave these people a try. After regular oil changes every 2-3 months for 2 years, I felt comfortable bringing them a tire with a nail in it. They handled it quickly, safely, and for a very fair price. I have since brought another tire there to be serviced, and the experience was the same. This is the only place I would feel comfortable bringing my personal vehicle to if I was unable to repair it myself. I will be needing some tires in about 10k miles and this is the place I will be going to for that service.On a side note, the people that work there are nice and friendly country folk. They are the kind of people who would stop on the side of the road to make sure you're ok. They have their kids at work with them some days. It has a family owned feel to it. I took my son one time for the oil change, and one of the techs gave him a popsicle. They also have other oil products there that I think you can purchase separately. I see cases of bar and chain oil as well as hydraulic oil. I have never asked about it, but my Kubota needs some oil, and so do my chainsaws, so maybe next visit I will ask.

I only get my oil changed there when the main shop I go to is booked up.This shop offers basic services. If you need anything done that is more indepth, I suggest not going there.I would never trust them with my project truck even with something as simple as an oil change. I only take my commuter car to them.They do vacuum out your floors when doing an oil change, so that's nice.

Have been doing business with them for about 2 years. Highly recommend. Awesome people of actually care. Very fair repair costs. Will not go anywhere else.

Easy in. Easy out. Was done quickly. Advised me on what oil was recommended for my new car. No pressure to purchase anything that wasn't needed.5/13/23Brought my car in to correct the tires installed incorrectly by another shop and for an alignment. As always, quick and easy. Thanks again!!

New to town and I needed an oil change. Best thing that ever happened! While I waited I learned about their business.A week later while driving on my job I hit a pothole and a rock punctured my sidewall. I limped into their shop with more stops on my route. These guys changed my tire and didn't charge me! I went on my way.Luckily they had 1 tire in stock that would fit my vehicle. Because of their excellent customer service and concern for me, I came back and bought that tire. The tire worked perfectly! I can't even tell there's a difference from my others. It rides beautifully.Anyone can make a sale, but it takes a lot to make a customer. These guys got a customer and a very grateful one at that! Thank you Midtown!Services: Tires, Oil change

Waited for 2 hours to be told they couldn t fix the AC that day. Charged me for a part they never told me they were installing. Then they wanted to order a line to actually fix the AC at a later date and charge me 3 times the originally quoted price for fixing it. Might be fine for an oil change but very unprofessional to not communicate with the customer and then charge for work that wasn t asked about.Service: Air conditioning

They let me bring my own oil and oil filter. Changed out my oil plug since I stripped the original one. Very nice people.

Midtown Oil and Lube is the new oil change place in Lucedale, MS. They offer many different services for your vehicles; oil changes, lubing, mechanical work, tires, alignments and a myriad of odd and end stuff. It is locally owned and operated by a great group of people. My experiences here have all been excellent, so far. Try them out and I believe you and your vehicle will be pleased.

I went this morning for the first time to get an oil change I was there less than 10 minutes and the price was very reasonable. I will be going here from now on.
