I bought a 2017 Land Rover Discovery Sport from them back in March 2023. I haven t been able to drive the vehicle since I bought it off the lot. It has seen every service shop since I got it. Every shop diagnose it with some different that doesn t fall under extended warranty. They sold me a lemon and they knew it was a lemon because they didn t do a complete inspection on the vehicle. Be careful buying from Glenn or fooling with Mr. Dewayne they claim to help but they don t.

Service department has always been spot on while servicing or having routine oil changes.Sales team will help you in any way they can, from finding the vehicle, to working with you on the price. Glenn is a stand up guy to deal with.

One of the worst places I've dealt with in my life and I've dealt with a lot in my life. The salespeople are extremely pushy.A dear friend of mine went there for an event and ended up telling more than she should have about her past experiences with a previous dealership. Though they said that they understood they simply played off of her emotions, made promises that they never intended to keep and put her on a road to ruining her credit. Please, if you must choose this dealership then go after you have become well informed because they WILL take advantage if they can.

This dealership is the posterchild for unethical business practices. Made a deal with salesman Glen over the phone and was told they would honor the Ford rebates. Drove three hours to the dealership. I was then informed they decided not to accept the Ford rebates which increased the truck cost thousands. Businesses like this give auto dealerships a bad reputation.

Mr. Cory Mullins has to be the most knowledgeable, professional and friendly salesmen that I've ever purchased a vehicle from. He efficintly streamlines the buying experience and he makes every effort to close deals and to ensure that the customer leaves happy.

I ll admit I m biased, Bob Jordan, is my uncle. I ve bought many personal and business vehicles through him. I would buy from him regardless of my family relationship. He has made every purchase super easy, and removed the stresses of buying a new or pre owned vehicle. He is also an elected Judge who serves the community. Who is Next?

Crowson Auto World a number #1 in my book, September 2018 Labor Day to be exact, I had car trouble that whole weekend & knew I had to have a car by Tuesday night for work...Quick thinking led me to my dear long time friend Corie Mullin, without even going to the dealership due to a part time job and couldn t leave we did business over the phone and I was approved quickly and last but not least Corie Mullin delivered my car to me full of gas and they paid my 1st noteSo if you re looking for a new/used car or truck go see Mr. One Gone @ Crowson Auto World

My car has been there for almost 8 months and still isn t fixed. I ve already paid thousands of dollars on jobs they says they have completed on the car. They give me the run around every time I check on it. I thought I bought it to there business to fix it but apparently they are only letting one mechanic fix on it. This is ridiculous.

This place is a circus. I went there bc I found a vehicle on the internet I wanted but as most screwed up dealers do the vehicle said call for a price. So I called up there and got James who proceeded to bs me into thinking they were having a liquidation sale where you just pay what the dealer owes but will not give me the price of the vehicle. So I go up there and they still will not give me a price of that vehicle or any other vehicle on the lot. So after getting pissed and pretty much demanding a price I have to go sit down with his finance person like an interigation who finally shows me a piece of paper with the price on it and guess what it's more than I want to spend. But then I brought up the whole you pay what we owe bs and they tried to make me believe they were only gonna make less than a thousand dollars on this whole deal. So that's where I said enough with this bs and left.
