I have never been able to get a decent answer for any of my questions other than google it when I asked for a schematic to the part I ordered. Employee kept teasing the guy in front of me for a mistake in his info like she was trying to make him feel stupid and then has the nerve to say man im ready to go home . Customer service is trash, how do you work in a field you have no knowledge of. This is my third time coming here and only had one decent helpful experience. Other 2 times I was so angry by the time I left I had to literally bite my tongue to keep from cursing.

I spent 80$ but had to return 1 item. The black lady was very rude and had a smart mouth. She did not want to help me find the right part. When I asked why she stated she didn't want too. Poor customer service. It's not about her race because I am black as well. Just very bad service. I went to O'Reilly's and got great service .

If I could give no star I would. They sell you the wrong part an when you confront them bout it they can't do nothing about it or hang up on you. Need to be closed

My car died and I wound up needing an alternator. Not only did Brian sell me the alternator, but he also helped me install it after he got off work. Only place I go for parts now.

Got wrong parts last two times, was told had to get alternater from another store come back later, then it was wrong one... tried to give me one with one yeR warranty, i had paid for gold lifetime one...time before gave me wrong one for my truck, had to take back i had paid for new gold one...this has been happening to others too i found out....

Very poor service from the black lady.Real smart mouth and she didn't wanna look up the part I needed. This is not about race because I myself am black. I left the store and went spent money at O'Reilly's. I had spent 80$ with auto zone and the black lady had no respect.

The customer service is totally awesome. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm from Ackerman and have the option of going to Starkville, Louisville, or Kosciusko and the Louisville store is by far the best.

Elder gentlemen grabbed my parts. Guy at the register didnt know squat about parts lol. However if an elder is working, i prefer to buy my parts there. Are ya.ll hiring cause i.m a chick who knows automotives ;)

Some what knowledgeable but priced themselves out of the market on what i needed. $405.00 for a fuel pump module assembly.On a Nissan Sentra GXE 4Cyl 1.8L 2001. Stratospherically priced. Ebay price $57.74 enuff said
