They don t need your business. I called these people at 8AM. The lady said she d have someone call me right back. An hour later, I called her back. Again she said she d have someone call me right back. After another hour, I found someone else. They never called me back. If you don t want my business, just say so. Don t leave me waiting 2 hours.

Tonight, Labor Day 2023, I was driving back from visiting in laws with my wife and six kids when we got a flat tire. Went to put the spare on and it was missing so there we were, stranded on I-55 just north of Canton, MS halfway through our drive home with dusk coming on. Called several places that were closed for the holiday or unwilling to send someone out then got Trey. He found a tire for me, got to me fast, communicated well, and even saved me time by replacing the tire right there on the side of the road. He called me to make sure the tire was driving okay (it was) and when we bumped into each other at the service station a few miles later checked in on me again. Professional, fast, priced very fair, and went out of his way to turn an emergency into a mild misadventure.Would 100% recommend!

Better late than never. I'd like to give a shout out to Dixon's towing and auto repair.On 8/10/2023 I had a blowout on my 18 wheeler. Drew came out to mount a spare. He went above and beyond the call of duty. We had a minor mishap where we ended up needing a tow truck. Drew stuck around and waited with me. The owner Trey Dixon showed up and resolved the problem. These gentlemen are great at what they do and give the best service.Never have I had a better road service. As a female, breaking down on the highway at midnight can be a scary experience. Trey quickly came to my rescue and ensured my safety until my car was fixed. He communicated frequently throughout the entire experience and went above and beyond to ensure I could get home quickly and safely. In less than 24 hours, he had my car fixed and I made it home. I don't have the words to describe how appreciative and grateful I am for all his efforts.Service: Car towing

I 55 southbound, about 8 pm, just about 1/2 way between Goodman & Durant/Lexington exits, & only another 60 miles til home, my youngest had a flat. Her jack didn t work & USAA nor her insurance had a roadside assistance vendor close by. I found Dixon s towing on Google. He was there in 15 minutes, was incredibly polite & very good. His prices were more than fair! Changing the tire took about 10 min. He even waited before leaving til he knew we were ok.If you need roadside service keep this number & tell him you read this review first!Service: Tire change

Life savers!!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. 2 flats on our RV, got a tow and, and we were back on the road not too long after. Super polite and do great work.

Broke down between "Middle of" and "Nowhere" MS. Dixon Towing was quick to respond to the call, came in a very reasonable amount of time, and then went above and beyond to get us back on the road.Hopefully you won't need a tow, but if you do: these are the folks to call.Services: Long distance hauling, Local hauling, Tire change

Trey Dixon helped my husband and I yesterday when we were in a bind. We got a truck and a loaded trailer stuck at dawn, 5 hours away from home. He went above and beyond to help us. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Trey Dixon is a life saver. He came and towed my RV from the side of the road in Mississippi when it broke. Our transmission had went out. Since the RV was pretty old we had no desire to sink the money in it to fix it so he took the RV for the cost of the tow. We stayed overnight in a hotel then went back in the am to clean it out with a uhaul. This man offered to send us guys to help clean it out. After we left, we realized we lost our debit card somewhere in the mess we made of packing our stuff up. We went back to look for it and I had no clue what we were going to do to make it to Illinois with no bank card. This man took money out of his own pocket to cash a check for me to make it home. I can never, ever thank Trey enough. God put this man in my path for a reason and I am so thankful we called the RIGHT tow company. If you are ever in Mississippi and need a tow, this is the place to go. He had us towed in 30 minutes and within a few more minutes he made a horrible day very bearable!! They were very punctual and professional. We locked our keys in our vehicle at 7pm on a Saturday and they showed up with no objections. We were even at an off the beaten path location and they still came to the rescue. I would use them again and recommend Dixon Towing to anyone!

Very professional! I was driving down 55 South And I ran over something. My car started smoking and my temperature gauge got hot. I googled tow truck and found Mr. Dixon. He towed my car and replaced the radiator. Locally owned business man with fair pricing and great customer service! I highly recommend.

Amazing service I m from Biloxi and Work in Memphis TN I got in Black Ice wrecked my Expedition in the woods cops called Dixon and he takes me to a hotel where I can pass this awful cold storm. Highly Recommend his friendly great service.

The tow truck driver was very professional and polite help my son and daughter inlaw off the highway with their broken down rv with their dogs .also told them where could get a motel for the night.
