Answered my questions online through Facebook marketplace about a listing they had. Fast & friendly staff. Answered all my questions in person when I got there. Accommodated me in a timely manner because I drove a little over 2 hours to get there, and it was close to the time they were to close the dealership. All paperwork filled out & explained. Paperwork mailed as they said it would. Great experience. Thank you! We are enjoying our Polaris Ranger XP Premium. Stop in & check out all the outdoor motorsports toys they have in stock.

We recently purchased a Can Am Commander from this dealer and had a great experience with their entire team! We live a little over 2 hours away and although we had other Can Am dealers closer to us, we are thankful we made the drive just a little further to Greenville Motor Sports. They are very helpful and it just felt good to do business with them. We will always make the drive to Greenville Motor Sports from this point forward for all of our needs. It is obvious that they care about and appreciate you as a customer! Highly recommend them!

Keith and his team are top notch. I ve dealt with Zach and Christian on the sales floor and they are both great guys. I spoke with Zach a couple years ago about a side by side and he was very transparent on the cost when we spoke but I just wasn t quite ready to pull the trigger. I ve known Keith a long time and we ve purchased several ATV s from him over the last 20+ years. I told Keith what I was looking for in a side by side and he had one on the lot. The entire process was easy and quick. Greenville Motor Sports has one of the nicest facilities in Mississippi and a great staff to assist you with any needs or concerns. I ll always do business with them.

I purchased two items from this dealership for Christmas. The salesman was misleading. He gave me false information. I was told that there wasn't an extended warranty on the dirt bike but I found out later that it was. I was not told about the maintenance contact. Now they want $250 to service it. I was told that the owner manual was under the seat but it wasn't. I had to travel back there to get it. Over a hour away. Only thing he told me was I was approved. Every high APR%. I was going to purchase the Suzuki 1300, from here but now I must look elsewhere. The four wheeler was making noise 3 days after I purchased it, I'm told from the service department that how it sounds. But it wasn't sounding like that when I purchased it.

They false advertised saying a UTV had 1.5K miles on it that did not have an odometer. Nevertheless we made a deal on the phone of which they said they would hold the machine for me to pick up the next day. I drive 3 hours to this town to pick it up and they said they just sold it to some (unsuspecting) soul as I was driving up. I am fairly sure they were pulling the ole bait and switch of which I had caught on to. He also told me he could not provide a title for the machine. I cannot recommend this outfit because they screwed me. They will tell the lie that they did not false advertise but I have the pics to prove otherwise. By their own admission (see response below) they sold it after they said they would hold it,but someone offered them more money before I got there, and so they unloaded it. They assume they say. Liars I say. Because that company been in business for 41 years does not prove that you are not a hell bound liar.

My husband and I went up looking for a Goldwing trike. Michael waited on us and was great! He was so kind and seem to really know his business. He went above and beyond for us and you can bet that we will return when we have another purchase.

This is my second purchase from Greenville Motorsports. The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. All questions and concerns have always been addressed in a professional manner. Keith and staff are like family. Hopefully I will make a third purchase within the next few wks. Keep up the good work guys you're number 1.

Well, i arrive and I'm looking at very nice 4 wheelers outside on display. I actually walk the whole line and saw several people inside looking out at me and my son and i thought to myself why hasn't anyone approached me. Definitely not great customer service and i would dread having problems with a purchase from there based on my experience today. No prices on anything. No one came out to ask if we had any questions or any help. Total waist of my time, with the exception i now have my eye on a honda. I would not recommend dealing with these self absorbed people.

Miss Beverly was very helpful with the purchase of my motorcycle. I informed her of my girlfriend having our baby during the process. Every time I spoke with her she always asked how was everything with the baby. She very sweet and would recommend her to anyone.

Bought a 2021 cf moto cforce 600 the sales department was fantastic but the service department not so much. I ve owned it for about 2 months and it s has been in the shop at Greenville motor sport for 3 weeks now!!!!! The service department didn t warn me of the wait time Nor did they warn me that the part would take an extra couple of weeks to arrive so now im sitting here thinking I should have fixed it my self!

Recently bought a used Polaris general from them. Everything went smooth and very friendly. Got it and found a issue. They are see ding me the part. Would do bussinss again with them.

I snagged a bike from GMS and it was as good of an experience as I could have asked for. The Pricing was the best around and the customer service was top notch from the first phone call to riding off the lot. They had answers to all my questions and Cheryl made the financing portion super smooth! I would certainly purchase again and highly recommend potential cqustomers to purchase from GMS!

My wife put 2 motorcycles in the shop the first of May one needed a flat fixed the new motorcycle just needed some miner repairs it s now June 7 of June and still don t have repairs done there customer service stinks power leadership
