The office personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. The workmanship of the shop technicians is outstanding. I definitely will be back.

I had an issue with the tail gate of my Jeep Cherokee, but because of its age the part needed, was not available. However, thanks to the creative mind of Michael Butler, the tail gate now closes securely.From the very start, a pleasant lady answered the telephone, listened respectfully and arranged a time for me to come in and when I got there, I was impressed... a nice greeting, a clean facility and within a short period of time Michael examined my car. This will now be the auto body shop for all of my vehicles, because I saw honesty, integrity and professionalism! Thank you!!!

Tracy and everyone there are extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, & skilled. They were able to give me an estimate the same day I first called, which took about 30 minutes. They took care of all communications with my insurance company, resulting in me paying my deductible & not a dime more. In less than a week, they had my car back to me in great condition and looking brand new - even washed it for me! I would absolutely recommend them, you will be very satisfied!

When they say "They work for you, not the insurance company " They mean it.I had to fight tooth and nail with progressive about using junk parts on my car. I have used Roy Rogers Body Shop several times over the last 15 or so years. Just picked my truck up today. Michael and the guys always take excellent care of me and my vehicles. Great customer service and even better repair work. I wouldn t take my vehicles anywhere else.

I was on a trip and on the way home about 300 miles left I had an accident on I59. I was lucky that Roy Rodgers was on call to retrieve my car and take me to the nearest Hotel. My car received extensive damage and they did an excellent job bring her back to life. I dealt with Tracy and his staff, they are very polite and professional. The repair was done faster than I really expected.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with Roy Rogers Body Shop of Laurel, MS. Not only were they friendly, but they made the entire transaction from start to finish a breeze. My vehicle looks brand new again! They even washed and vacuumed it for me which was a nice surprise. They have my highest recommendation.

I had a great experience at Roy Rogers! Thomas assessed the damage to my vehicle, took photos, and immediately loaded it all in the computer and emailed me an detailed estimate to forward to my insurance company. The repairs were flawless, can't even tell where it was fixed! I highly recommend this body shop!Teresa Powell

I am very satisfied with the repairs to my vehicle that were completed by this body shop. My vehicle was ready when promised and appeared to have been detailed in, and outside as well. Kudos and thank you very much for a job very well done. Definitely a five star rating!

Everyone was very helpful, nice and polite.Best work from any body shop I ever been too.A special thanks to Micheal and Teresa for making us feel welcome and confident the work would be done right and in a timely manner.Also, the detail man Brandon did a great job detailing our van.

I had some hail damage repaired at one of those fly by night repair services. They pulled a plug of paint off my driver side door while pulling dents out. They re tried to patch the spot and it looked terrible. I took my truck to Roy Rodger so they could make it right and now it looks like it never happened. Everyone at Roy Rodgers was very professional and I am very pleased with the work. Thanks guys!

I was totally pleased with the repairs to my SUV and the service I received from the staff at Roy Rogers Body Shop. I was kept informed every step of the way and they coordinated arrangements between my insurance company and the rental car company also.

We had a "bumper bender" on my wife's 2011 Altima, they repaired it to the point you couldn't tell what or where happened. Michael was very helpful and friendly doing the estimate and answering my questions. Highly recommend

Installed spray on bedliner. Told me it would take 1/2 a day. The first time they didn t do the bottom two inches of the tail gate citing it would keep the gate from closing. There was nearly a 1 gap between this part of the gate and the bed of the truck when it was closed. There was also a gash in the fender well that you could see the paint in. They did finish the tailgate same day. It looks like they sprayed black paint in the gash so you couldn t see the paint and told me that was really all they could do. Ended up taking all day and multiple trips up there. Just wasn t satisfied with that kind of service for $450.00 plus tax.

I was kind of disappointed they didn't do the work today I actually needed to done and was going to be really costly also I was only there to get an estimate to I wasn't looking to get ahead of other potential customers that you have on your business since you are so busy and you do write a lot of commercials you know I understand this and even on a 10-year old car I need to be treated with respect like everyone else even though it was after your business hours excuse me
