First there are three different service desks depending on what you want done. There is the quick service team, the body shop team, and the general repair team. I have used all three depending on what was to be done. The quick team really does a great job of getting you in and out with high quality work and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this group for the basic periodic work you need to get done. The body shop team is also professional and did great work. My Ford Transit Connect Wagon had been hit on the rear bumper at a low speed and had done some damage. The body shop team did great work and there is no way to tell that any damage had been done. While expensive, it is not out of line with other companies I had spoken to.The general shop team who I took my Ford Explorer to was not well trained. The quality of their work left a lot to be desired. I had made a list of the items that needed to be resolved. This included a leak in the AC pipe to the compressor. There was a minor leak on the oil pan. Basically a number of small tasks that needed to be done. The estimate was about $2600 for the items we agreed on.When I got the vehicle back after 7 work days, the AC still did not work. I now have a transmission leak. They had to replace the oil pan as they had damaged the drain plug and they billed me for it ($$$).So from all of this, I would not, I repeat not recommend you take your car to this dealer for general service work on your Ford vehicle. They really have little formal training and their general attitude about customer interaction is poor. Stay away from this side of the business if at all possible!

It s always something with this place. The guys in service are really nice but unfortunately it s out of their hands that they simply do not have nearly enough people. Not enough mechanics and not even enough folks to answer the phone or work in service in general. They have plenty of sales guys though. Isn t that interesting. They took almost 2 weeks to do a recall that was supposed to take 2 days max. That was after making an appointment. If this was a one time thing I wouldn t even consider writing this review but it s not.

Appointment made for diagnostics and when I get there I'm not in the system! My vehicle wasn't looked at until 3 days later. Issues found weren't addressed after a week. The customer service rep stated they were waiting on parts. I'm still waiting on parts to come in.
